"I'm cool , I'm cool." I said while watching this man walk into the room
"Are you sure?" Drita said looking worried
"Yes I am fine"

"Drita I'm good let's just go, I can't stand looking at his ass anymore" We got up and left the bar, hoping he didn't see me...

Drita is one of my new friends , after Allyson and I's friendship went downhill , I started working with new people , Drita was one of the many people I clicked with..

"You know you can talk about it to me" Drita said while looking at me in the car

"Look, I just. I wasn't sure if I was ready yet, yes I loved him but the pressure of a wedding got to me, then these new allegations and my music career, it was a lot of stress. He wasn't there for me when he needed to be, he left, he left to Vegas"

"And didn't come back to you" Drita said angrily

"At this point I only care about my career and the kids, he doesn't put any effort but I will and that's what I am goin to do" I said looking out the window

"Thanks for today, I had fun!" I said to Drita while getting out her car
"I'll see you tomorrow ight?" I say as I walk into my new house

Briella comes home right after me and we sit in the living room

"How was your date!" I ask and she smirks

"Pretty good! I had a lot of fun. When will you start dating again?"

I roll my eyes and look away

"Look I know, but it's been years after Blake. He fucked up and now what happened to his career. He left and abandoned us, We never hear from him. Ace is growing up without a father—"

"Briella please, look I have to go to bed. I have a radio show to go to tomorrow morning & Ace is doing fine without his father. Don't mention it again" I say walking up stairs to Ace's room to check on him

There he was, he was now 4 and looked just like his father. Blake as you know, left us and went on to hook up with other women while we were suppose to be planning our lives together, crazy ain't it?

My career has been booming and honestly I'm not as unhappy anymore. I've gone on tour twice and dropped two albums. Both successful , mostly as the last one was more about the toxic relationship with Blake.
