Seeing You

Turned my head, and there was you.
Your style, you hair, it was all brand new.

We stared at each other for a lil while.
You don't know how bad I wanted to smile.

Seeing you was so shocking, and surprising!
Man you had my temperature rising.

Seeing you for the first time in long time.
And I'm like "Damn this man is still mighty fine."

I thought about you at night.
Had three back to back dreams about you in the same night.

The next day I seen you again.
Making my heart fluttered!
Thinking in my mind hopefully everything that happened between us we could mend.
But we didn't say a word to each other.

The next day I looked for you, but I didn't see you.
So I knew you had went back home.
On the inside I was blue.
Upset that you were gone.

I told myself "He didn't come back, he didn't visit, it was all a dream."
But that's what it felt like even though it was real
Asking God, the Universe, what does this means?
Then I realize you came back, reflected more of myself so I could heal.
