Kiara was still staring at the box, Toby gave it to her. She kept it on the table in the balcony of her D-town flat, besides the flower pot which was of course made up of plastic.

Suddenly a beeping sound came from the box. Kiara got alert and moved away from it. Then it stopped for a while, again it started beeping. a light appeared from the slit of the military box which might be damaged while it was carried into the "mission forest". The light was first red in color then turned into green, then blue then white. Kiara looked at it for a while at a safe distance from the box, as if it would be a bomb or something.

Then she moved towards the box after the light disappeared, it beeped again. She slowly held it in her hands examining the box suspiciously. Then she shook it wandering what contained in it. The sound was hard. She got to the kitchen to bring knife and tried to lift the lid open but she couldn't open it. Then she tried hammer, failed. Then she tried to break it by crushing it under the pressing box which was actually used to iron clothes by her mother but was outdated really fast 7 years ago. She heard something cracked open. She looked at the box, the lid was half open and she could see a small light blinking, red in color, and it again beeped. Then she used the hammer again to open it more.

It was a small screen, curved in shaped. A small blinking red light was there in the right side corner.

"it's discharged, I need to find a charger. Where would I get it?" Kiara said to herself.

"may I help you Kiara?" a female voice asked from nowhere hidden behind the shelves in which Kiara keeps her collection of books and movies.

"uh no, thanks Siri." Kiara refused.

"you looked worried Kiara, you can tell me." the voice said.

"yeah? well can you tell me where can I find charger for this voice recorder?" Kiara trying to mess up with the robot.

"yes, you can find it at the needy store down stairs from Mrs. Bill." voice politely answered her.

Kiara stunned for a while stood where she was, wondering how the machine have took over the socializing thing.

"heh, thanks Siri." Kiara thanked the voice.

"it was my pleasure Kiara, is anything else you want me to-"

"no, that's what I wanted, nothing else, I will let you know Siri, you can sleep now" Kiara interrupted, embarrassed of the situation, jealous of the machine.

"okay, good night Kiara" the voice then turned off.

"good night....whatever." Kiara replied.

She unlocked the apartment door and rushed into the lift just in front of her door and typed 345 on the touch screen. The lift moved to the right side of Kiara but without any jerks, and then softly started dipping into a tunnel below. There were lights on the way. She could see everything around her outside the life clearly. Then the lift stopped and turned to right slowly. A number of doors appeared on the way ranging from 310 and so on. Then the lift stopped at 330 and took a sharp curve downwards and again the doors started appearing.

"331, 332, 333, 334, gosh it takes so much time, perhaps that's the reason I rarely visit her." Kiara murmured to herself.

Finally she could see door number 345.

"finally!" Kiara exclaimed.

"hello Kiara! welcome!" the box outside greeted her and the door slid opened.

"Is Mrs. Bill home?" Kiara asked the box.

"yes, she awaits you in there" the voice said showing her exact location on the apartment map.
