So first thing I do is that I take a cold shower everyday
This helps trim body fat while also strengthening the immune system, keeping you more awake, and just over all has amazing health benefits
It really sucks at first but I got used to it pretty fast
I now love cold showers, I would encourage anyone to give this a try for a couple of weeks atleast
