Prologue

"Every Bad Girl's needs a Good Boy to keep her in line" -Alex

As I strayed down the empty halls of Westbound high, I noticed a tall boy standing at my locker, looking down a piece of paper that looked like his schedule. I walked over and politely asked why he was standing at my locker.

"So your Rainie?" He asked.

"Nope. I'm her twin" I say, sarcasm dripping from the seems of my mouth.

"Well do you know where I can find her? The principle directed me to find her and take her back to the office with me so they could talk about something."

"Oh my god are you that stupid?"

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"Let's just go to the principles office to see what the douche wants" I walked away, motioning for him to follow.

"But what about-" he was cut off.

"I don't have a twin sister. I'm Rainie" I rolled my eyes and kept in the direction of the office. I've been there plenty of times so I know many short cuts.

"Excuse me Rainie were going the wrong way" he spoke up.

"Hey genius" I turned to face him. "Ever heard of a short cut?" I turned back and kept walking.

As we approached the office I saw my best friend Shane. "Hey shane" I called out to him.

"Heyy Rain. Who's he" he asked pointing at the boy behind me, wiggling his eyebrows.

"I don't know why don't you ask him?" I shrugged

"EXCUSE ME WHAT'S YOUR NAME?" Shane yelled across the hall.

"Wyatt. I'm new here." Wyatt started walking towards us but I pushed him straight into the office. I went to the front desk and greeted Ms.Sanchez.

"What did you do now honey bunny?" She asked me looking over her magazine.

"Nothing yet." I walked into the principles office and took a seat on the big brown couch. I watched as the door opened and Wyatt walked in. I rolled my eyes and waited for Mr.Truman to turn around.

Mr.Truman never noticed he had company. I watched him playfully as he drummed his fingers on the desk. Out of nowhere he started singing a old Justin bieber song. "Baby, baby, baby, ohhh" he sung into a pencil. I pulled out my phone and started filming.

Soon enough Mr.Truman stood up and started dancing then turned around for his spin and opened his eyes. His face was redder than a tomato.

"Look just start talking before I press send. Your wasting my time" I spoke.

Mr.Truman looked at Wyatt then at me then at the chairs. Wyatt nodded and walked over to me. "Come on Rainie get up"

"No thank you. I'm good right here"

"Rainie please"

"No"

"Move your butt" he commanded.

"I'M. GOOD. RIGHT. HERE." I spoke through gritted teeth

I guess he had enough of my sass, because he bent down, picked me up, and put me in one of the chairs that sat in front of Mr.Truman's desk. I threw my legs over the chair and stuck my tongue out at Wyatt.

"Well then, Rainie let's just get this over with. You are going to be Wyatt's buddy."

"WHAT?!" I shouted.

"My what?" Wyatt asked.

"See at this school we help you start making friends early by pairing you up with someone that's in all of your classes."

Wyatt's POV

"So let me get this straight Rainie is my new buddy because she's in all my classes? And I have to see her everyday until the end of the school year?" I asked

"Yes sir, that is correct"

"Oh my lord. Save me" I said, looking at the ceiling.

"Don't worry the feelings mutual "buddy"" Rainie rolled her eyes.

After our meeting with Mr.Truman both Rainie and I got up and practically ran out of the door. Rainie left first me following her. She stopped in her tracks once she saw that I was right behind her. "Look I'm not going back to class, so I'll tell you who it is. Your going to Ms.Harold, she's on the 3rd floor she's our math teacher. Okay? Okay. See you later buddy" She waved behind her and disappeared into the hallway.
