The day was October 26 my late mother's birthday. When my life was about to change forever. It all started in school, more specifically, History class with Mrs. James. It was regular class she started with attendance " Victor " , " here " he said "Thelma" here I said. Now I know what your thinking who named their thirteen year old daughter that was not from the sixties Thelma. Ugh! Anyways back to the story. Mrs.James told us to turn to page 333. Page 333 was going to Chang my life forever.
