after a long silence John spoke "Laura I want you to help me" I looked at him confused "what?" " I want you to help me with my case I want you to help me bring those idiots to jail" I was still shocked "John I'm not a police officer or even a secret agent plus I don't think that's even legal" I turned off my lamp and got into my bed covers I was still feeling dizzy from the alcohol. "of course it's legal plus you won't be doing anything dangerous I thought you would have loved to have gone undercover" John said as he walked out of the room I sighed and closed my eyes, but I couldn't sleep at all the thoughts of the gang rushing around in my head. The next morning I woke up with a massive headache I tied my hair up and went downstairs, my family where sitting at the table eating "morning sunshine" my mam said brightly I just looked at her and made some tea. "so have you decided to work with me?" John said sitting down beside me on the couch "do you mind I can't even focus on this piece of toast let alone a decision like that" I said coldly "you don't trust me" he said raising an eyebrow he was sorta right "maybe" I looked down at the floor "if you do this mission I'll show you I can be trusted" he looked at me I sighed "fine"
