Shane apologized to Otis and shot him in the leg with his last round. He then tried to strip Otis of his belongings and weapons. However, Otis was enraged by the betrayal and fought with Shane. Otis grabbed Shane by the hair to hold him down while Shane repeatedly pistol whipped him as the walkers closed in. Otis tried to shoot Shane with his last bullet but missed due to the chaos of the struggle. Shane finally stripped the supplies away from him and managed to sprint away just as the walkers caught up.
