~Nic's POV~
I was be on angry, I was furious! I couldn’t believe that her and her stupid friends could defeat, and escape my friggin’ men that easily. This was usurped! How could just one girl, just ONE, defeat five friggin’ guys? How is that even possible?
“She did what?” I ask, through clenched teeth. I’m still trying to process what one of my men, Alex has just told me.
“Sir, she’s figured out that we’ve been following her, and her friends. But, I doubt that she knows why. But, I think we need to be smart around this one. What is this plan? You haven’t told any of us yet. We need to be careful. She’s smart.” Alex said, and truth lacing every word that came out of his mouth.
The plan. Yes, the plan. The plan that would make Jake, the football star crumble to the ground, and fall. ‘How’, you ask, easy of course. By taking his one, and only Ava. Yes, you may be thinking that my boys and I are going to kidnap her, but yes, yes we are. But, it’s the only way, to get my perfect revenge. I’ll take something important to him like he did to me. He took the place of first string QB from me.
“Alex, you and the other men will learn the plan, once we capture Ava. Don’t worry you guys won’t be in the dark for much longer, I promise.” I said, as I got up and left.
