Scarlett POV
After we ate breakfast Nikki asked me to speak in privet. So we went into mine and James's room. "Please don't tell Carlos!" Nikki begged. "I won't." I said. "Thank you." She said. "You and Shane are." I said. "What no." Nikki said. "He'll find out later and then be mad at you and Shane and might just kill Shane and I think I might just want to keep my brother alive." I said. "But....fine." She sighed. "Thank you." I said and we left the room.
It was now dark out and everyone had left and James was in the bathroom. So I was flipping channels when I saw a picture of James. 'Does James Maslow have a girlfriend?' It said at the bottom on the screen. "Well we don't know if this is defiantly his girlfriend but we did get a picture this weekend when he was at the mall." The lady said. Then a picture of James kissing a girl popped up. But the thing is the girl want me. My heart dropped I didn't know what to do so I got up grabbed my phone and the first jacket I found witch was James's sweatshirt. I ran out of the house. Even though it was California it was December and the nights were still cold. I walked and walked with the same questions in my mind. Why would he do this to me? Why wouldn't he just break up with? Why did this have to happen to me? Where's a window to jump out of when you need one?
