Logan sat through Jessica's funeral. Everyone told him that they felt pity and that they were sorry. He just nodded at them. Lacey spoke first.

"Jessica was my best friend. We've been through everything together. I -" Lacey placed a hand over her mouth and sobbed, "I-I can't do this anymore. I'm sorry." She ran off the stage and disappeared into the bathroom.

The pastor read off of the list that had names of the people Jessica wanted to speak. "Logan?"

Logan's head snapped up and he walked over to the podium. "In almost every letter Jess told me to stay strong and not to cry and that she loved me. She wanted me to forget about her. I just can't do that. She was my first real and true love. In one letter," Logan grabbed the box of letters, "she stated what our wedding should look like. When I was reading them I pictured it. I could picture her walking down the isle with white roses in her hands . . ." Logan looked off trying not to cry. "She was amazing. Smart, talented, beautiful. Everything I looked for in the perfect woman. So to honor her, let's all be strong. Just for her."

Everyone nodded and Logan sat back down. Everyone else on Jess's list came up to give their speeches. Then the funeral was over. Everyone left before him and he stayed at Jessica's coffin trying not to cry.

"Logan?" Lindsey asked.

"Yes?"

"Do you want to come home?"

He shakes his head, "No, I'm going to stay here for a while."

"Okay. Well. . . call me when you're done. Ok?"

Logan said nothing and Lindsey just patted his shoulder. He just waited there for about ten minutes but in those minutes he found another note under the other letters Jessica wrote to him.

Dear Logan, : it read,

Please forget about me. Find a girl who makes you happy. Ok? I have a letter for her. Make sure she gets it, ok? I love you very much. You made my life amazing. I love you once again. Stay strong.

Love always,

Jessica

Logan found that under that letter was the letter for his other special someone that'll one day come into his life. He put it back in the box and he started to walk home. It was about two miles but he didn't care he just needed time to think.

Logan set the box of letters on Jess's old desk. He looked at the collage of pictures she had on her mirror of them. He looked down at the box that was decorated with glittery stickers and pictures of them.

"I love you too, Jessica." Logan whispered. He picked up the box and left her room. He slowly closed the door and walked out of the house that Lacey and Jessica had shared.
