Luna awoke to utter silence."hello ,anyone there?" she asked. Luna then climbed out of her bed and looked through the hole between hers and leo's room to see leo unconscious, laying facedown halfway off his bed.

"Pssss ..leo" luna said in a whisper.

Leo sprang up and fell backwards then he seen a griffin looking at him"umm h-hi"

Luna cocked her head to the side "what was all that about?" she asked then climbed through the hole and onto leo's floor.

Leo scrambled backwards until he hit a wall, the griffin with luna's voice was advancing to him"umm, you s-surprised me"

Luna rolled her eyes " i usually do that, i'm surprised that you haven't gotten use to that."

"Ya me too"leo softly chuckled to himself"umm luna?"

"No undyne ,yes its me ,who else would be the black pegasus that climbs through that hole?" luna said.

"Um luna look at this"leo said pointing to a 1 /2 in thick sheet of reflective stainless steel.

Luna looked in the sheet metal ,she jumped and then punched straight through the metal."I'M A GRIFFIN!!!" she yelled.

Leo sat there mouth agape "ya and that was 1 /2 in STAINLESS STEEL i can't even put fingerprints on it"

Luna was looking at her new claws. "Cool " she said in amazement.

"That's pretty cool you get to be a griffin, but what happened"leo said getting up off the floor.

Luna looked at the blue flowers ." poison joke ,that's what are in those pots , possibly with the reaction of gamma radiation ,you may have spiked their power , but my question is why haven't you been affected?"

"I'm starting to wonder the same thing heck if they bloomed they released the pollen into the air so i'm assuming that's how you guys caught it but i handled the flowers directly so i have a bigger dose than all of you but yat there seems to be no effect"leo said then he placed a hoof around luna.

"Yipe!" luna screamed as she jumped out of his grip."dang your cold!"

"No thanks to my soul"leo chuckled "i guess it is a little cooler in here but i don't see how that would make me cold"leo said rubbing his hooves which a metallic scraping noise.

Luna covered her ears "STOP!"

Leo froze"stop what?"

"That scraping , it sounds like to cars slowly siding each other." luna said.

Leo dropped his hooves "i don't get it all i did was rub my hooves together"

Luna walked up and tapped leo on the head , there was a metallic ring to it when she hit it.

"Wait I'M METAL?"leo said looking closely at himself and he could see the seams and bolt heads, the majority of leo's body was painted a orange that matched his original coat but in some places there were scratches were the grey of bare metal showed through"how can this happen i don't even feel that different"leo said and he tapped his hoof on the floor , nothing then he stomped a bit harder so there was a metallic clang"AWESOME it's like armor!"leo said noticing a little different more mechanical tone in his voice ever so faintly

Luna covered her ears from the clanging"yeah , it's kind of how i came in here without knowing i was a griffin." luna said." but please stop with the clanging"

"Oh ya sorry"leo said as he carefully put his hoof back on the floor"so what should we do?"

"I don't exactly know , but we should go see the others." luna said.
