Dear Diary,

Why am I awake? Because I can't sleep, that's why. Jeez, you're just a diary, stop judging me!!! But you know what?

I hate season finales. Like, I get emotional in some of the regular episodes throughout a season, but season finales are the WORST!!!

Like, take Supernatural for example. First episode or the pilot or whatever, the brothers' mom dies. Then, like 5 seasons later in one of the later episodes, they relive memories of her. And I'm just sitting there sobbing!!!!! And don't even get me started on the previous seasons' finales. They're just brutal...........

PLUS some season finales are when the Doctor regenerates. Like, you've learned to love the person who plays him and all of the sudden, BAM, they are bursting into golden flames. And then other finales are when the companion leaves, and you've also fallen in love with them, and they die or leave or.......... it just hurts. *shakes fist* "MOFFAT!!!"

Not. Cool. At. All.

And Sherlock season 2 finale? Forget it........... that was rotten. And then the wait for season 3? (Which is almost over!!!) But again with the fist shaking and the yelling "MOFFAT!!!!!"

Torchwood finales hurt too. Yeah, Jack is immortal, but man, nothing like throwing him through history and trying to kill him.

I can't think of any more terrible finales, but I'm sure there is some. I've just made the decision that I watch too many weird show that have no choice but to hurt you every time a season ends.

But being in so many fandoms is something you can't escape. It's like each show or movie, or music group, or actor or actress, is a form of a drug that you can't stop taking or get away from without feeling an empty pit inside of you that has to be filled with the thing you are depriving yourself of.......

Now excuse me while I try to find headphones so I can watch the last two episodes of season 5 of Supernatural.

Much Love,
