So this is what it feels like
Feeling so weak, lost
It's like you're falling or feel sick
But you don't know what kind of sickness it is
You feel so empty, so lost , so lonely
You have no words
You become so lazy to speak, it's like your energy has been drained
It's a confusing feeling
Seeing everyone to happy and you here suffering
Feeling like death is upon you
So weak to walk
So weak to do anything
Afraid to close your eyes
Afraid of what you might see whilst your eyes are closed
Afraid that you'll never wake up
Is this what depression,anxiety or whatever feels like
Because I felt it today and I couldn't describe it to anyone
Nobody would understand.
