I am Katsumi Nagasaki. Obviously that I am a Japanese, but I grew up in the Philippines. For me, this is my home country. It's funny ‘cause I don’t speak Japanese language even though that’s my language but no··· tagalog ang tinuruan sa akin nila dad when we start to live here.
When I was in kindergarten, all my classmates always teasing me because I am too different from the oyher. Calling me different names. At first, I don’t mind them. Because, I don’t even understand what they’re saying. I don’t even know what gagong hapon means.
I only have one friend and it happens to be a girl. Morgana Lopez is her name. She is the only one I have. She always comfort me when I cry, saying that everything will be alright. I really adore her so much.
At the age of 15, I confessed that I love her. And I am very happy that she feels the same way. We’re madly inlove with each other. I thought that we will never be apart. But I was wrong.
When I became 18 years old, something came up. She’s… she’s leaving. She told me that it is very important. So I have nothing to do but to accept. I didn’t stop her. It was very hard. Kalalaki kong tao, ang iyakin ko. I always cry at night. But I vowed that I’ll be waiting. Kahit anong mangyari, hihintayin ko siya.

“I love you, Kat.” I was suprised that she kissed me. I did not expect that to happen! “Kat, please stop looking at the past.” I don't know what to say so I just watched her burst into tears. “Stop waiting for your past, ‘cause I am here in front of you. I am your present.”
I hugged her tight, “I’m sorry, Val. I don’t know what to say.” she hugs me back and I am happy for that. Ngayon ko lang naramdaman ang ganitong yakap. I missed this kind of hug.
“What if… she returned?”
I let go from the hug. “I--
---Morgana?”
