I'm gonna skip intros for a while cause I need'ta finish these chapter fast. Enjoy!
The next morning, I woke up in my room. The wolf pup I had chased yesterday was sitting next to me. His tongue was out and his tail was wagging. When he saw me wake up,he tilted his head.
I laughed. "Silly boy. I had to chase you for so long. I wonder if you knew Zen was there." I picked the pup up and he licked my face in a way that made me think that he did know.
One of my servants came into my room with my food, but there was a sad look in her eyes.
"Good morning, Princess Akemi," the elder morning greeted. "Morning, Ms. Chizuru. What's with the eyes?"
She smiled sadly before letting a tear slip out of her left eye. They say that when a person cries and the first drop of tears come out from their left eye, it's pain that caused it.
I placed the pup down and hugged Ms. Chizuru. She hugged back. "We w-were informed just a few m-minutes a-ago th-that Prince Zen had p-passed away yesterday from food poisoning," she said to me, as she let go.
My eyes widened and my heart felt like it had stopped beating.
Ms. Chizuru bowed and walked out of the door, saying, "I'll let you deal with this. G'day, Princess."
The wolf pup whined as I started crying. I have just officially lost my two best friends to the dreaded death.
Deciding I couldn't take the pain, I got out a piece of paper.
Dear Queen Hana and King Daro,
Mother, Father, I have decided to leave the kingdom for a few years. Don't worry, though. I plan to come back. if not, I'll visit.
The reason for my departure is that with Atri dying and Zen following, my emotions are going everywhere.
I hope you won't be mad at me. Please tell Alice that I'll miss her. I love you guys.
Your daughter,
Akemi Sacamino
I wiped the tears that were still running down my face and put the note in an envelope, that was then placed on my desk.
I took the wolf pup, a few clothes, my cloak, and my basket of herbs, and climbed down through the window. Thankfully, the mother of the wolf pup was laying in the grass below.
I gave her the wolf pup and waved to them, before making my way to my destination, Tanbarun.
~7 Years Later~
My companion was wearing her fabric poncho and was carrying a bag full of materials. I was wearing my black cloak with my basket in hand.
"Found it!," she said as she ran to an herb that's petals were the color of my hair. She grabbed the herb next to it that looked gloomy and almost dead. A person who wasn't experienced in the herbs and plants category would think that.
"The spellami herb. It's a perennial plant from the Aoshidare family." "If you steam it and dry the roots, it can lower fevers and alleviate pain, too," I followed.
In the distance, a bell could be heard ringing. "Oh my goodness! We gotta open the shop!," she said, putting the herb in her bag, as she ran towards the outside of the forest.
I ran after her, while still enjoying the sound of nature. Birds were chirping and the trees had leaves that were as green as my friend's eyes.
It had been 2 years since I had last visited Sauron but I think it's been almost 7 years since I left. I was now an herbalist and worked with the girl that was running beside me.
We reached the end of the forest and the kingdom of Tanbarun was in view. I smiled brightly and Shirayuki jumped down the hill with me following her. The wind pulled our hoods off, her bright red hair slipped out and so did my pink.
The curve in the land, made it easier to get down and my shoes slid down like wheels on ice. I started running towards the small river that had a small path of rocks across it.
I jumped from rock to rock, reaching the other side quickly.

"Thank you, Miss. Bye bye!," the little kid yelled to Shirayuki, as he ran out the door with his mother. "Good bye!," Shirayuki yelled back at him. "Take your medicine now," I followed.
"See ya soon, Ms. Shirayuki, Ms. Akemi." "Okay," I said with a smile. "Fell better, Yoshi."
"Thanks for your patience. You're still waiting for your medicine, right, Kino?," I overheard Shirayuki say to the elder lady that was sitting in one of the chairs.
I was grabbing a few bottles out of the cabinets as Kino replied, "Yes, but please, take your time. I just came to rest my eyes on your lovely red and Akemi's beautiful black hair. I've never seen anything quite so like it! It's extraordinary!"
"That's so sweet," Shirayuki said, while I replied with a, "Thank you. But since we already have you here, we'll start preparing another remedy for you." I passed Shirayuki a bottle, as she started preparing the remedy.
"We found some good medicinal herbs, so please, take some with you," Shirayuki said.
I heard Kino start tearing up and I turned back to her. "You have both turned into very fine herbalists. If only Shirayuki's late grandparents could see this. they would be beaming with pride!"
"On no! Kino, please don't-" Shirayuki started, but Kino jumped up, stopping Shirayuki from finishing her sentence. "Oh my goodness! I believe I left the stove on. I must go!" I jumped up to the counter and put my hands on the wood, looking at her with a semi-shocked face.
"Oh dear, silly me," Kino said, laughing and walking out the door, leaving Shirayuki and I looking at the door with wide eyes. I sighed while Shirayuki laughed.
I was starting to put away the bottles of herbs. "We can just take it to her later." The door suddenly opened and at first I thought it was Kino, so did Shirayuki. "You forget something, Kino," she said. We turned to the person...it wasn't Kino.
