Battle For Washington(part 1)

The year was 2040 The American Army march towards the city of Spokane in order to move to Fairchild.
"Damn. How much longer" Pvt.Ryan says
"About 10 miles or so" Pvt.Townley exclaims
They continue on for another four miles until they reach the outskirts of Spokane which is also known as the south hill. The soldiers look around the area they are in. To their left the see a partially destroyed high school along with parts of debris scattered on the street. What made things worse was the elementary school that was fully destroyed. One soldier went to look through the debris of the school and ended up only finding a severed hand in the rubble. Most of the soldiers who lived there before the war where on there knees begging to god what they did wrong.
"Why would Isis do such a thing" a soldier exclaimed.
"They're terrorists. They do what they want, and know one can stop them" Reminded another soldier.
Meanwhile Pvt.Ryan was starring down the road towards the seven eleven and noticed a arm just peaking out from behind the wall. Quickly reacting he took off a CheyTac Intervention M-200 sniper and set up scoping towards the convenient store. Looking Dow the scope he saw movement and took the shot.
"Tango Down!" Exclaimed Pvt.Ryan.
Other Army officers shot up in weariness not knowing what had happened. Just as they thought it was done they heard people shouting in Arabic.
"Tango right" shouted a soldier.
Just as the gunfire began to begin behind most of the officers they heard a sound they wish they hadn't.
"Allahu Akbar!" Fallowed by a explosion.
Many soldiers limbs flew everywhere. One laying with half of his body missing. The Army had to fall back in order to save the rest of there men. Blood had scattered the streets, and tears in the eyes of many.
They retreated inside Ferris high school because they could get vantage points on the enemy. Officers sat there and waited quietly for something to happen. Many cried and many prayed
"Alpha 1 this is Echo 3. Do you copy"
"This is Alpha 1 over?" the CDMR replied
"We got a black hawk moving on your position over?"
"Affirmative Echo 1. This is Alpha 1 over and out" replied the commander
The soldiers got up and ready to leave. As they heard the Black hawk fly over they moved out to the football field the secured the sight. Many officers needed to stay back and defend the school as a stronghold. Only a squad of four would be able to make it out. Pvt. Ryan decided to stay back and defend but his best friend since kindergarten Pvt. Samuel decided to go. They said their good byes and the Black hawk began to fly away.
BOOM!
A RPG had hit the Black hawk upon takeoff and was about to crash on the field. The people who stayed behind and watched in horror as the Black hawk exploded before it hit the ground. Pvt. Ryan stepped outside and picked up a pair of dog tags that read~Pvt. Samuel on them. He was about to cry knowing that his best friend was no longer. The soldiers waited for the convoy to arrive. Most were outside looking for Humvee and tanks to show. about 5 hours in they saw the convoy moving in towards them. they waited. Until they heard the words "IED!". Fallowed by a explosion. Most of the soldiers at the Ferris checkpoint decided to run and help. With the eerie screech of the bullet most of them arrived. Townley decides to cover them using sniper fire. he saw one enemy pop up and he shot. Blood spread all over the walls of the apartments behind the destroyed school. He sighed in relief. But there was no time to. He immediately went back to looking at the scope but didn't need to fire the tanks and Humvee had taken down the apartments and those who survived on Isis where shot in the street.

The soldiers where finally calmed down but a little shaky. A troop transportation truck had arrived on the scene and all the soldiers had loaded up in Humvee of the trucks.

"How many left" asked the driver

"About 90 sir" replied Townley

"Damn you guys had 200 this morning" the diver replied

"well this is gonna be a terrible time for America's history" shouted Townley

The soldiers pushed through the downtown area later reaching about 5 miles away from Fairchild. something seemed off to Townley. He asked himself~Why wasn't there and Isis forces downtown~ 

"Where here" shouted the driver

"Thanks. and whats your name" replied Townley

"My name is Sgt.Troy" replied Troy

"OK, Thank you" said Townley

As they moved into Fairchild they noticed Know one was there. They quickly set up the radio beacon and set a perimeter. They had quickly taken Fairchild but why?
