He laughed at bit. "Dems, that is just crazy. There is nothing you could say to make me leave. I promise you that. I love you too much. I don't know how I lived with out. Now just tell me, I know you have been keeping something from me. But let's go to our room, you're cold. Plus I don't want Winston, here in the bathroom till we clean up the glass." He said. He shut the bathroom door. Then they walked down the hall to their room. He sat on the bed, as he pulled her in his lap. He turned her face so that she looked at him. "Now, spill Dems."

She bit her lip. She breath in then she let it out. "There are two things. Please just let me finish. I'm so scared to meet your family. I think that they won't like me and I want them to. I don't know what I will do if they don't like me. I'm pregnant, 3 weeks." She said. "Dems, my family will love you trust me. You're so easy to love. You're.....oh my goodness is it mine?" He said, as he realized that she said she was pregnant. She giggled. "Yes, of course you're the father. Jeezzzz, Joe. Who else would be the father?"

He chuckled softly. "I was just checking baby." He said, with a smile. "So you're not mad at me & you want the baby?" She said, as she bit her lip waiting for him to answer. He smiled more. Then he leaned in and kissed her on the lips softly at first. Then the kiss intensified. They both pulled back breathless. He leaned his head against her. "Does, that answer your question Dems? I want this baby, if that is what you want. Do, you? Is that what had been bothering you this past week?" He asked as he pulled back and looked her in the eyes. "Yes, I was just so scared. Scared that you would leave me alone. I don't think that I could handle that. I do love so very much. I....I do want to keep the baby."

Joe smiled again, as he lifted up her shirt. He rubbed her belly. Then he leaned down and kissed her stomach softly. Demi ran her fingers through his head. He pulled back. "Here in there baby. I love you and can't wait to meet you soon."He said to her stomach. He lifted his head, Demi had tears in her eyes again. But she smiled through the tears. "Oh, honey." He said, as he kissed her again. She kissed him back, as he laid on the bed. Demi sat up again, she put her hand over her mouth. Then she sprinted down the hall. Joe, got up and ran after her. "Babe, watch out for the glass." He got to the bathroom to see Demi's head leaning over the toilet. He rubbed her back and held her hair. "I here babe." He said, in a soothing voice.

Later that night

The clocked just changed to 6:00 pm. Joe parked the car out side of his parents home. Then he got out and walked around the car. He opened the car door for Demi. Demi got out of the car. He shut the door, then locked the car up. He took her hand in his. Then he leaned over and kissed the side of her head. He could feel her hand slightly shake in his hand. "Relax honey. They will love you, just as much as I love you. Breath baby. Do you trust me?"He said. She looked at him. "Joe, you know that I trust you with my...our life." She said, as she moved their hands to her belly. He smiled again, her heart beat sped up as her knees when weak. His eyes shone bright, she got lost in them. She calmed down, as he gave her hand on last squeeze, then they walked to the front door.

Joe rang the bell, moments later the door opened. Nick opened the door. A look of shock spread across his face. He smiled tho."Jo....Dems....what....how...um." He said, as Demi giggled at him. Joe just shook his head. "Nicholas Jerry Jonas.... don't just stand there like a fool. Open the door wider and let them in."Denise said, as Nick scratched his head. He opened the door wider, Joe and Demi walked in. Joe was still holding her hand. Nick looked at Joe, then at Demi then at their hands. He began to smile. "Joe, it is so good to see you." Denise said, as she hugged him. Demi let go of his hand. "Ma, I just saw you the other day, before I took my week vacation. " He said. "Oh, I know that. I just miss you at work that is all. So..."

"Mom this is my girlfriend Demetria Lovato...or Demi. Demi this is my mom, Denise Jonas. Of course you know my bro Jerry." Joe said, as Nick shot him a glare. Demi giggled again. "Well, I must say Demi you are very pretty. I think that you are the prettiest girlfriend that Joe has ever had. Oh, wait Nick is this the girl that you and Miley talk about sometimes to me." She said, as Nick just nodded his head. Demi raised an eyebrow. "Oh, dear it was nothing bad. Trust me it had all been good things. I'm glad to hear that you are doing better now. Nick, Miley and Selena were so worried about you. You gave them a scare."

"Yeah, not one of my finest moments. But, if it wasn't for them. I may not be here. Thank you for having me over." Demi said, Denise smiled. "Come along the others are out back. Joe, Nick go check on your dad. He's at the grill, you know how he gets." Denise said. "Babe are you g..." "Joseph she will be fine now go. She is gonna help me and the girls bring out the rest of the food now go you two." Denise said, as Demi gave him small smile. He nodded his head, then he leaned over and kissed her cheek. Then he whispered. "I love you Dems. Don't be afraid. I can tell she already loves you." He said, as she smiled more. "I love you too, Joe. You think?" Demi said. "Yes, I think." He said. "Oh, you both are just so cute." She beamed. "Ma really." He said, the she shot him a glare. "I'm going ma. Love you ma." He said, then he left. "I love you too, son." She yelled to him. She laughed and Demi both laughed, as they Heard Nick call him a Mama's boy.

Demi followed Denise into the kitchen. She could hear Miley and Selena laughing. They looked up, as they both came in. "Girls I believe that you already know Demi. Demi is Joe's girlfriend." She said, as they both squealed. Then they both came to hug Demi. "Wow, Dems how long have you been going with him?" Selena asked as she hugged her. Demi smiled. "For the past two months."Demi said. "Well aren't we one to keep a secret, that is why you always sounded so happy when I called you over the summer. Well, I am glad. You know he is a great guy." Miley said. As Selena and Denise nodded their head. "Yes, he just need to find the right girl. I think that he has. He has been way different. He smiles more, now. He is happier too. I'm glad that he met you. Well, now girls let's get this food out to them. You know how guys get when they are hungry. Then Joe and Demi can tell us how they got together." Denise said.
