Chapter 4

My eyes widened in realization about he said

"Da-dad , you know?" I whispered and he nodded and sighed

"Yeah when your mother received my letters , she said everything to me and she also said that you are happy there but of course I didn't believe her , I tried Caitlin to find you but it was useless , your mother was good at hiding you as Joe was" he said and I was stunned that my mother was that good at lying and hiding me just for money.

"Um , I'm sorry dad but I don't want to talk about it , can we not?" I asked and he just nodded at me and smiled

"Of course honey , so I want to ask you if it was fine with you to invite three of the important workers from the company to dinner and I'll understand if you refused" he said and my eyes widened , I'm not used for people to ask me anything and to ask for permission , I was usually forced but dad was nice to me and I can see the hope in his eyes that he want me to move on from the past
So before thinking I nodded

"Really? Great , I'll call them now and oh they will be here at seven" he exclaimed happily and almost immediately I know he love those boys or girls whatever.

I've put my belongings in place cause I don't have much and there's a knock on my door

"Come in , dad" I said and it was him smiling at me and handing me five bags .

"I just bought some clothes for you" he said and I smiled and was grateful for him buying them cause I don't want to were my clothes anyways

"Thanks dad" I said and hugged him before he left to get ready himself.
I took a blue bag and found a ripped black jeans with creamy sweatshirt in there , so I took them out and head to the bathroom to take a shower
Once I was , there I started the water and thought about how my life changed to the better

After I finished , I get ready with my clothes and brushed my hair and left it on my shoulders and head downstairs to be greeted by unfamiliar man I've never seen before sitting with my dad , the man's back was to me and dad smiled

"Oh Harry this is Caitlin , Caitlin this is Harry" he said and the man's back was still to me , almost immediately I thought I heard that name before but I couldn't remember when or where so when the guy turned around , I know where.

His eyes widened at the same time mine met his and I took a step back

"You don't have have to introduce us , I already met her before" he said smiling and my dad's smile dropped and was replaced by a frown and I'm I know what he was thinking.

"Um , no dad I bumped into him in the airport the day I was coming , that's it" I said and the harry guy just smirked and dad's smile returned

"Take a seat honey , there's still Zayn and Alice coming , they should be here by now" dad said and I took a seat beside him on the couch and harry was sitting on the sofa still smiling at us and there was a knock on the door

" It must be them , I'll open it" dad said and I became more nervous sitting with Harry alone without dad as dad headed towards the door

"So , you don't like to shake hands I guess"? He said and pursed his lips into a thin line and eyebrows raised

"Um , No I just thought i'll be late so I didn't have time to um shake it" I said and didn't make eye contact with him and kept my gaze on the floor

"Oh okay " he said and looked down at his hand that is folding on his lap , he was wearing a white shirt with long sleeves and black jeans and I could see some tattoos on his arms .
Then , there was a girl with blonde hair and purple dress came into the room smiling at us as she hugged Harry and then there was a guy with brown hair almost black and brown eyes wearing a leather black jacket and blue jeans , I assumed those are Alice and Zayn
