Halloween special!

A/n: Up top is your Halloween costume! Feel free to change whatever you want.
Oh Halloween! One of your favorite holidays. Dress up, get free candy, go to a haunted house. It's always been like that and the houses were never scary, but Lucinda insisted on going to old man McCarthy's house. Rumor has it that his house has always been haunted, which started in high school. McCarthy is dead now and the door was always unlocked. No one wanted to buy the house due to the rumors and salesmen never tried to sell it, not even the Phoenix brothers.
"Oh senpai, are we ready to go?" You called towards Vylad. He was senpai this year.
"Why couldn't we just be Link and Zelda?" He asked coming into the room. You laughed manically.
"Because you might get a treat if you did dress up like this" you tell him winking. He blushes as you grab your fake knife. You leave out the house and walk over to Aphmau and Aaron's house. Everyone met up there before leaving. Laurence was dressed as Shaggy and Garroth as Scooby (I'm sorry but think about the references). Aaron and Aphmau were werewolves. Kawaii-Chan was Yuzu and Zane was Yuya. Cadenza, Lucinda, and Nicole were the Totally Spies (does anyone remember that series). Dante and Gene were both vampires.
"Kaitlyn, give me my tiara!"
"You're gonna have to catch me first" in ran Kaitlyn and Cadence. Kaitlyn stopped and held the tiara up high, which took advantage of Cadence's height. Cadence started jumping up and down to grab it.
"Kaitlyn, j-just give her- *deep breath* whew I need to run more- the dang tiara!" Travis shouted running in. You just shook your head and walked out. Kaitlyn gave Cadence her tiara and walked out, everyone else in tow.
(15 minutes later)
"Welcome to the McCarthy estate!" You exclaim as you climb up the steps. Gene stepped beside you.
"Here are the rules: We have to stay here all night, the ones who leave will be called a chicken for the rest of the year. Now the teams-"
"Cadenza, Cadence, Gene, Garroth, and Laurence take the left side, Aphmau, Aaron, Lucinda, Travis, and Kaitlyn take the north side, and Kawaii-Chan, Zane, Dante, Nicole, Vylad and me take the right. Did I forget anyone?" You hear a voice in the distance coming closer.
"I'M HERE!" Emmalyn ran towards you guys with Kenmur in tow.
"Sorry we're late" Kenmur says. Something poofs in front of you. Two people appear: Guy-de and that one weird guy who harasses people to buy shirts.
"Guy-de and weird dude are on Aphmau's team and Emmalyn and Kenmur on Gene's team. Alright, let's move!" You all enter the house and go to the assigned sides.
(With your team)
"Let's split up! We can cover more ground that way" Zane says but you immediately reject it.
"Have you ever watched a scary movie? Splitting up gets us killed, especially the lovey dovey couples" you respond.
"Kawaii-Chan agrees with Zane-Kun. Sorry, (Y/n)-sama"
"Fine, let's split up, but if I hear screaming I won't hesitate to say I told you so" Kawaii-Chan and Zane went in one direction while Nicole and Dante went the other.
"Not you two, too!" You here a faint sorry from their direction. At least you were alone with Vylad.
"Hey , let's go this way" Vylad says leading you in another direction.
(With Gene's team)
"Alright, it's a plan! Let's go Cadence!" Gene grabs her hand while Laurence grabs the other. They both look back and growl at each other.
"Who said she was going with you?" Laurence asked. Gene rolled his eyes before replying
"I did, so I suggest you back off" the two start growling at each other. Cadenza and Cadence both rolled their eyes in annoyance. While most of the group watched the fight, Garroth seen something in the corner of his eye.
"Um, guys!" Garroth tried going their attention.
"Not now!"
"But it's important-"
"Why now make your move when you had over 5 years?" Gene angrily asked Laurence. The thing Garroth saw came closer to where everyone, but Gene and Laurence seen it.
"I-it-it's a g-g-g-gh-" Emmalyn started.
"IT'S A GHOST!" Cadenza and Cadence screamed. Everyone started running, but Cadence couldn't run that fast in heels. Laurence came behind her and picked the short African American up bridal style. She started to blush.
"Everyone split up!" Emmalyn screamed as she and Kenmur turned the corner. Garroth and Cadenza ran another corner. The remaining three all went the same way.
"This is not how I imagined my day in a haunted house"
(With Aphmau's team)
"Aaron and Travis can keep guard while we set up camp" Kaitlyn said taking charge, but no one was listening. Instead they were shaking in fear at the sight before them.
"Get Out!" The thing yelled.
"EVERYONE FOR THEMSELVES!" Kaitlyn shouted. Castor sat there, looking at the being.
"Would you like to buy some t-shirts?" Kaitlyn and Lucinda ran back and grabbed him, dragging his body like he was a lifeless dummy.
(With your team)
You and Vylad were walking together, watching each other's back. In the distance, a figure was flying towards you, but it was too late when you noticed.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaahhh!" You both screamed. You both ran until Vylad pulled you into a room.
"We should be safe in here" the room was tiny and you and Vylad couldn't move. You were face to face with each other. Your hot breath on each other, your faces mere inches away from each other. You both leaned in before the door open, you both falling out with Vylad on top. The position you were in would leave anyone blushing.
"I told we all wouldn't be able to fit" you heard your good friend Cadence say. You were glad she was safe. You looked up to see Gene and Laurence, but on Laurence's shoulders was the short girl.
"At least we found someone we know" Gene stated with his arms crossed.
"Vylad, are you OK?" You looked and seen your boyfriend blushing. You noticed why and started to blush as he got off you. He shook his head as you heard screams down the hall.
"That sounded like Cadenza!" Laurence stated running in that direction.
"L-Laurence, I-I'm still o-on y-your s-shoulders" Cadence said , stuttering from bouncing. He slowed down, but not much. We all ran behind to where the voice came from.
(With team Kaitlyn)
Aaron and Aphmau were walking around, avoiding that thing, until they ran into Cadenza and Garroth. Aphmau was glad they finally found someone.
"Oh, it's just you guys. For a second I thought it was-" Cadenza couldn't finish. The supernatural being was behind Aphmau. Fear was written on their faces.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaah!" They all screamed. They ran and ran into they bumped into something. Garroth jumped up and started swinging at say thing.
"Garroth, what are you doing?" Garroth looked to see Katelyn, Travis, Dante, Nicole, Lucinda, and Castor all there. Kaitlyn rolled her eyes at his antics.
"Cadenza! Aphmau!" A voice shouted. Laurence came running over with Cadence on his shoulders. Aphmau was going to say something until (Y/n) came running over.
"Don't ask" her and Cadenza said at the same time.
"Um, Laurence, you can put me down now" Cadence said. Just as Laurence put her down, Gene picked her up.
"GENE! PUT ME DOWN!" The ghost came back. It came with friends. One possessed Castor, his eyes glowing a yellow hue. You look to your friends, seeing that two are missing.... Zane and Kawaii-Chan.
"Leave now! DON'T FORGET TO BUY A SHIRT!" you all run in separate directions. Doors open and close and people  bump into each other- wait weren't you Yandere chan not Yuzu Hiragi. Now your a werewolf with....no....clothes.....back through the door. Everyone happens to bump into each.

"My tiara!" And "Ew, a tiara!" Can be heard from two voices. Your eyes open to reveal you on top of Vylad, your lips touching.

"Nice kiss, Senpai" you say blowing a kiss at Vylad making him blush.

"Cute, but we need to find a way out of here" Laurence says. You all look around to the nearest exit. You see a door and signal everyone to follow. In turn, you happen to close the door to only become trapped.

"Well darn!" Cadence shouts. You try the door to find its locked. You all look at each other and sigh.

"This isn't how I expected to go out" Dante says, no hope within him.

"I really wanted to get that first date" Laurence says gloomily giving you an idea.

"Then why go out like that? Let's do stuff we've wanted to do before we die!" Everyone agreed to your idea but little did you know the group of ghost silently watch and listen.

Laurence went first, and his request happened to be a date with....Cadence, figures. The two sat at the table you all set up. Gene had anger plastered on his face, all the while, Kawaii-Chan was trying not to flip out from fangirling.

"Wow, I didn't expect this!" She says amazed. 

"Oh it only gets bet-"

"Oh would you look at the time, it's up. Next?" Gene looked to you, "how about you?" You shook your head, knowing you've had pretty much everything you needed, but Vylad had to say something.

"I want my reward for dressing like this" he states looking at you. All you can do is laugh, until the door opened.

"Everybody for themselves!" Kaitlyn shouts as everyone runs out. Possessed Castor tries to ask you to buy t-shirts but everyone just runs him over. You all run to your safety to see it's morning, meaning you survived the night. You run to Vylad and jump into his arms. He holds you up.

"We finally escaped!" You yell into his chest as you fall asleep. He smiles and walks you home, maybe to even have some 'fun'. He passes by Gene, Laurence, and Cadence as the two boys vote on who takes her home.

"My brother can just take me" she says referring to Aaron (adopted 'big brother'). They just violently shake their heads and continue arguing. She sighs and sits on a rock.

'This'll be a long night for all of us, especially Vylad and (Y/n)'  she thinks to herself rolling her eyes.

A/n: Sorry about the super long chapter and rushed ending. So how do you like Cadence? Would you be ok if she was a reoccurring character? Let me know down below. This would've came out sooner, but I was working on a new one shots story for a certain character from a certain anime. It's a Yugioh fic about a certain tomato head.
