Thank you guys for reading my first story on Wattpad. I would really apprentice if you comment, vote, and share. Tell me what you think. Do you want more?

After graduation, Priya became a doctor of some sorts. Rohan achieved his goal and became an investment banker. Amaan was owning life and on his way to making his tenth million. Life was treating them well, or so it seemed.

"Dr.Priya we have a patient in the ER awaiting surgery, he needs your attention immediately," said the residency student.

"I'll be there soon. What happened?" Priya asked

"The patient was hit by a motorized vehicle while crossing the street. He is suffering from lack of oxygen in his blood and has a mild traumatic brain injury. He looks like he has suffered a pneumothorax, I believe the patient is in his mid to late 20s  ."

"Girlfriend, you might want to be a doctor but you don't have to recite the whole damn textbook. English works just as well as latin. Come on. Let's see how broken this guy is."

When Priya saw who it was, she immediately stopped. El Diablo himself was back in her presence. The person she avoided during her high school years needed her to save his life. Why him out of the seven billion people on this Earth. She really despised him. Although she wouldn't mind if he disappeared, she took an oath, and she was loyal to her word.

After seven hours Rohan was in better shape and put in the ICU. When he regained conscience, he thought he had died and gone back to heaven. The girl of his dreams was within arms reach. Rohan wanted to say all of the things he was thinking, but he couldn't speak.

"You won't be able to speak for a while, thank God. You were hit by a truck and you suffered a minor concussion. Your lung also collapsed. You will need to stay in the hospital for at least a week. I have contacted your family, and they are aware of your condition. If you need anything else press that button and a nurse will attend to your needs." And just like that, she was gone.

Over the week Rohan's family came and left. He was gradually getting better. He retained his voice and could eat full meals. It's been a couple of days since Rohan had seen Priya. He couldn't lie. He missed his dream girl. "Mere sapno ki rani."  She was working today, but he still hasn't seen her yet. He was still in deep thought when his best friend walked into the room.

"Hello, buttface. You still look like hell," he laughed

"Amaan, Amaan. Have you looked in the mirror recently? I don't think you can talk shit."

"Oh please, your face ate shit. Your face is worse than your hindi. Your face is worse than Ra.One. No, your face is worse than Donald Trump." Amaan laughed and went to go sit down.

"That was cold man. Do I really look like I ate shit?" Amaan nodded. "Well damn. And Priya it's here too. I don't want her to see me like this."

"Priya? You mean that girl in high school that you kept obsessing about? She works here?" Rohan nodded. "Good for her. You know she's still too good for you."

"Man shut up. I'm going to win her over."

"Sure and my sister is going to sleep with you too."

"Aye, you never know. Amita is pretty cute. I wouldn't mind her doing... "

"Ew. That's my baby sister - your sister that you're talking about. I don't need to know to know what you want to do with her. Hell, I didn't need to know that you think about her. Did you already forget Priya?"

"I'm just saying what other guys are thinking. Amita is not a baby anymore. She's grown. She's probably doing a whole bunch of things that you don't know about. And I will never forget Priya. I lowkey think I'm in love with her."

"Rohan, don't get ahead of yourself. Love? Maybe lust, but not love."

"Nah Amaan. I'm in love with her. I mean she's beautiful and smart. She's everything that I've ever wanted. My parents would love her. Anybody's parents would love her. I know I love her."

Just as Rohan said that Priya walked in. She washed her hands and did her normal doctor stuff. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw the most beautiful person she has ever seen. Her one true love. She turned and looked at him for what seemed to be forever, but was only a few seconds.

"So how are you feeling?" Priya asked.

"I'm better now that you are here." Amaan just smirked and shook his head "This is Amaan. He went to school with us. He actually graduated two years before us"

"I know. I remember him. Everybody knew who he was. How have you been? And your sister? I haven't talked to her in a while." Priya asked Amaan.

"I'm good. She good. Everything is good. How about you. Besides becoming a doctor what have you been up to? Boyfriend? Married? Any kids?"

Priya smiled with what seemed to be evil intentions. "Well..." Rohan almost jumped out of his bed expecting an answer he didn't want to hear

"Well, what?" Rohan slightly shouted. Amaan and Priya just stared at him.

"Well I'm not married, and I don't have any kids of my own," Priya said. Amaan was actually surprised when she said that. He couldn't believe that someone as beautiful as her was not taken

"So you are telling me that no one has declared his love and try to claim you as their wife?" Priya nodded "Impossible! You are too smart and beautiful and too smart to have not caught anyone's eye. At least I think so." Priya blushed and said a small thank you and continued her work Rohan on the other hand just glared at Amaan until Priya left.

"Dude! What the fuck was that about!" Rohan said as he threw a pillow at his best friend.

"What?'

"Flirting with my girl. Don't you have anything better to do with your time then hit on my girl.

"Dude chill out. It's not like I asked her out or anything. She wasn't flirting back either. Plus she is not your girl."

"Don't even say that. I don't want the idea of Priya in your head."

"Doesn't that sound so familiar. Oh, wait. That's what I said about Amita."

"Sorry," Rohan apologized. " I think I just got a little bit ahead of myself. Hey, at least she's single."

"She didn't actually say that, though."

"Yes, she did.

"No, she didn't. She said that she wasn't married and didn't have any kids. She could be dating a guy who just so happens to have his own kid, or she could just be dating someone," As soon as Amaan said that he regretted it. The look on his friend's face was so sad. He looked so dejected. "But I highly doubt that Priya would date a guy who already has kids." Rohan's face lit up with hope once again. Amaan thought it would be a good time to leave, so they exchanged goodbyes and Amaan left.

Before Amaan made it to the elevator someone called his name. It was Priya. Move your feet Amaan

"Yes?"

"Can you... do me a favor?" Her angelic voice asked.

"Yeah sure."

"When Rohan is discharged, can you keep an eye on him. Some people in his situation tend to be a little unstable when they go home." Amaan nodded. "Let me give you my number so can contact me. If anything abnormal happens, just call or text and I will be right over." Amaan gave Priya his phone so she could enter her contact info.

"Is that all you needed?"

"At the moment, yeah. I'll have Rohan call you when he gets discharged."

"Alright. Bye." And just like that, he was gone.
