"You saw Amaan today and you didn't tell me. What type of best friend are you?" Tori questioned.
"The friend that works and is busy throughout their day. He came after my lunch break," Priya said in defense.
"Too busy to send a five-word text? Really?"
"True true."
Tori and Priya have been best friends since seventh grade. They are practically the same person from different countries. You would think that they were joined at the hip because of the fact that they never apart. Tori knew Priya in and out and vice versa. They told each other everything that matters and the weird shit too. They were best friend goals. Tori was a self-made businesswoman. She was the girl who always smiled but can cuss you out in a second. She was random and always tried to make you smile.
"So what did he say. Oh did he ask you on a date? Better yet, did he ask you to marry him? How many kids does he want? I need to know these things booboo?"
"Chill, I was working. Although, he did call me beautiful...."
"What!" Tori exclaimed
"Wait there's more. He was asking all of these questions about my personal life and ish. And I gave him my number."
"Awe. My queen is growing up. So are you guys going on a date or something?"
"No. I only gave him my number so he can tell me if something happens to Rohan."
"It feels like schools all over again. Anyways, no boy talk tonight. When Anni shows up we are going to have a proper girls night in."
"Fine. No, work, no boys, no phones. I get it."
" I know booboo."
Anni was innocent one out of the three. Though, she has made some progress. Now she gets the majority of the dirty jokes that the other two tells. She was actually engaged to a guy named Ezra. He was perfect for her. For some unknown reason, Anni like that white boy khaki wearing type. Ezra fit that category without actually being white or fuckboy like. And he got the most important thing; he got the friendship approval. Tori knew that Anni would be the first to get married out of the three of them. She was really good at predicting things. It was kind of scary.
The girls caught up with each other. They haven't seen each other in a long time. They talked about life. It was just like old times. It's been forever since they have done one of these nights.
"So Anni, what are we doing for your bachelorette party?" Priya asked while getting more wine.
"Oh yeah. What are we doing? We have your wedding planned out and everything. But what about your party?" Tori asked.
"Uh. I don't know. You're the wedding planner. What do you think we should do?"
"Go to Vegas and get so drunk that we black out. Just kidding. I know you wouldn't do that. I don't know. It's your night. What do you want to do?"
"Go out and eat or something?"
"Yeah, we can do that. We can go to the Cheesecake Factory. Maybe after that, we can go bridesmaid dress shopping. Then we can end the day with a full spa treatment."
"Girlfriend, I don't have money for all that," Priya complained.
"You're a surgeon. You make over two-hundred thousand dollars. I'm sure you can afford this?"
"True true.
"Can we watch Netflix at somebody's house after."
"A movie night?"
