Angelloves2read

"Hello, Alex. Welcome to our world," A deep voice boomed from behind me. I was too frightened, so I didn't move an inch. I stuttered, a cold feeling filled inside of me. A long pause filled the mood.

But then...

"Are you okay?" The deep voice man put his cold, muscular hand on my frail shoulder. Tears rolled down my ghostly, cheeks, and goose-bumps start from my ghostly legs up to my arms. He just sat there, staring at me, I finally had the courage to look into his eyes. I turned my head to get a better look at him, gray eyes, muscular look, but... he seemed sweet in a way. I blushed, but turned away. I could hear him shift his legs from behind me.

"So, are you?" He startled me.

"Huh? Wa'?" I say, quickly facing him. "Oh, yeah."

He smiled, and put his hand back on my shoulder. It was tense, but loving. I smiled, then wiped my tears. "Thanks,"

He smiled and gestured his way. I followed him the entire way, everything was pitch black, but there were screeches in the background. A chill ran down my spine. It felt like someone had claws running down my back, and inching its way up to my neck. But I attempted to put on a faint smile. I didn't let my fears come out, too many were rumbling inside of me, if I let them out, I would never stop crying.

We didn't travel far much after that, but the entire way, there were screeches coming from every direction, it was like there was someone right behind you, but you didn't dare look back, for you would regret ever turning in that one direction.

I broke the awkward silence by asking a question I had been wondering for a while. "So, what is your name?"

"Max, Max Renolds." He said. Not a very "Mocho-Guy" name, but okay. I thought to myself.

"Cool," I said, I turned and looked at him. He had suddenly stopped. "Uh, why are we stopping? Is this it?"

"Well, yeah, sorta," Nice answer. Not. I thought.

"Okay, so what do we do now?" I ask.

“You will have to wait and see, I guess.” He said, his deep voice was growing shorter, and shorter, and shorter.

“Where are you going?!” I screamed after him. I wasn’t going to be left alone, or… was I?

I hadn’t met anyone other than him here… and I am all alone. Alone again. Like always. I thought to myself.

Thanks everyone!
