It felt wonderful to have damp grass between my toes, flowers and their scents in the air and raindrops on every leaf. There was only one word to describe this.

Spring

Yes, It was Spring. The snow cleared up last month and we are no we on Spring Break. I've been waiting.

Uncle Mikey is better. It's like nothing happened. I looked up at the large tree infront of our house. Dad and the uncles were working on making me a tree house. They were almost done with it.

It looked to be about two stories high with a look out and stairs. The tree house was high up in the tree but secured by multiple layers of branches.

"Don't fall!" I yelled giggling as Uncle Ash stuck his tounge out at me.

4 hours later and it was done. They took time to shine the outside, sand the wood, and put carpeting.

There was so much to love. Even electicity was being put in by someone!

I squeled and climbed up the ladder that was secure. I smiled as I entered through the wood door. My mouth hung open and I could not believe MY uncles built this.

"Dad!? Can I call Chase? He needs to see this!" I yelled. My Dad nodded and gave me his phone to call.

I found his name in the long list of names and called.

"Chase! Come to my house in 5 minutes, there is an awesome tree house!" I laughed as he said okay.

My uncles began to climb down, me following.

"Kristina, Nana and Papa are coming to watch you an your friend Chase is staying the night. Be good." Dad said and I nodded my head, excited.

A few minutes later, Nana showed up with Papa by her side. Dad and my uncles left after that.

Chase showed up probably 30 minutes after that, giving me time to clean up my room. I swung the door opend and saw my brown-headed best friend.

"Kristina!" He yelled giving me a hug. I hugged him back and he walked inside, closing the door behind hime and locking it.

"Nana and Papa! This is Chase!" I put my hand on his head, patting it and laughing.

"Well, very nice to meet you, go enjoy the treehouse, we'll check on you in an hour or so."
