Vacation - Roman Reigns Story

Puerto Rico, Day 2: February 27, 2016

Day 2: 6 AM

The next morning, Sika was the first person awake in the beach house. He looked over at Lisa and kissed her lightly on the cheek. This caused her to wake up and look up sleepily at her husband.

"Good morning, dear," she said, smiling at him.

"Why good morning, my beautiful wife," Sika replied. "And how are you doing on this beautiful morning?"

"I am doing wonderful, thank you." She then kissed him on the lips.

"Glad to hear that, Lisa. Would you like to go downstairs and have a cup of coffee with me?"

"Sure of course," replied Lisa. Both of them then got out of bed. "Before I join you though, I'm going to go around and check on everybody."

"Okay dear. I'll be downstairs when you're done." Sika gave his wife another kiss before he went downstairs.

Lisa left the bedroom and went to check on her kids, her grandkids, and the twins. She knew that everyone would be fine, but she couldn't help herself. She was a mother after all. After she checked on everyone else, she tiptoed up to Joe and Joelle's door. She opened the door a little, and smiled a little at the sight before her.

"Aww," she said to herself silently. In the room, Joe was asleep on his back with his arms around Joelle, whose head was on his shoulder. Of course, both of them were snoring silently again.

Lisa shut the door and went to join Sika downstairs for coffee.

Joe & Joelle's Room - Time: 6:15 AM

Joelle rolled over from her right side to her left. Then she covered her mouth, yawned, and put her head on Joe's pillow, eyes open. Feeling the bed move, Joe turned from off his back to his right side so that he was facing her.

"Hi honey," he said with a small laugh. "How are you doing today?"

"Good morning, Dad," replied Jojo with a small smile. "I'm doing pretty good. Can we cuddle for a bit?"

"Baby girl, you know you don't have to ask. Of course we can. C'mere." He moved Joelle so her head was on his shoulder again, and he put his right arm around her. "That better?"

"Yep." She kissed her father on the cheek, and he returned it with one of his own.

"Dad, can I ask you something?" Joelle asked after a few seconds.

"Sure. What's up, kid?" Joe wanted to know.

"Madison asked me during the flight yesterday if Jayla and I wanted to have a sleepover in her room tonight. Can we do it please?"

"Hmmm... I'll ask Jonathan and uncle Matt about it later, but I don't know why you couldn't. I think I brought along an air bed for you to use along with your blanket and pillow," Joe told his daughter, fixing the blanket on the bed.
