Then did I realize who I had just knee'ed with a football in the groin.

I just kicked the Bad Boy in the balls.

Crap.

That was going through my mind and I took a few steps back, not really knowing what to do so I did what I would always do when I get put into a bad situation.

I laughed.

I started laughing like a maniac. I had to lean on Bai to prevent myself from falling. My stomach hurt and tears were rolling down my eyes. I tried to compose myself but I failed so I extended a hand out to Blake anyways but was rejected. He stood up, jaws still clenched and managed a smirk. He leaned sideways against the lockers and looked straight into my eyes.

"Crazy. Want to mellow down with me?" Blake came forward, making me lean against the lockers. His face inches away from mine.

"No thanks, I'll keep this lunatic mind of mine." I smiled sweetly.

"Want to rethink that?" He tries to put his arm around my waist but Jack pulls his hand away and crosses his arms against his chest. Blake backs off with his hands up and gives Jack a nod in which Jack returns it. Seriously? Is it that easy for boys to get over things?

I turn to leave but Blake grabs a hold of my hand and raises an eyebrow, giving off the vibe of false eagerness. 'Make me.' I said and wriggled my hand out from his grasp and take Jack's hand, with Bai, Derek and the rest of the boys nodding over to Blake before following Jack and I to our next class. I'm either going to have some fun, or Sarah is going to kill me.

THREE DAYS LATER

The next morning, I got up late and took a quick shower. Jack was sick so he wasn't coming with me. I didn't bother with breakfast and Dad had already went to work. I found out that my period just started and cursed. I was one of those girls who had period pains, not so terrible to the point of hospital visits but it was pain all the same. I rode my bicycle down the hill and felt the breeze going through my hair. 8 minutes later I reached school and left my bike by the side of the wall and ran in. I ran to my locker and loss my footing, flying straight to the locker face-first and hit the top of my head against it. I rubbed my head and took my books, running to class whilst trying to adjust my hair.

Mr. Turner who was my mathematics teacher wasn't there yet. I banged the door and stumbled in. Then everyone turned to look at me.

"Someone knows how to make an appearance." said Maleek.

I punched him on the arm before sitting down. I cringed as I was uncomfortable because of the pad. Hey, five years of bleeding doesn't equal to ease nor practice. The whole class became quiet when Mr. Turner came in. None of us liked him and even I knew that despite being new. He was always cranky about something but I can't really blame the guy if he doesn't like life. He was wearing a yellow tie today with green stripes on it, I made a mental note on getting him a tie for Teacher's Day. Whenever that is.

He announced that we were going to sit for a pop quiz right then and several groans came, making him mad and blurting out a long lecture about something, I wasn't listening. I looked out the window while he passed us the papers. After a good 30 minutes and after handing back our pop quiz papers, I knew had to go to the washroom. I got up and cringed, trying to walk normally.
