Angels will always be in your dreams
guarding you lightly from your Halloween fears
Angels will always watch you in sleep
guarding you as the journey slowly begins.
Everyone needs a guardian from above
and that only one thing you shouldn't postpone
Everyone needs a friend of the heart
well that's the most incredible art.
I'll be here watching you in your sleep
and I'll never let you get blown adrift
I'll kiss you lightly, pat you on the head
but you'll never see me watching your bed.
Everyone has a purpose from above
secretly blooming when they're in love
each person is someone's guard
but its only true when it comes from the heart.
Angels come out on our Christmas eve
as we're waiting under the tree
Mother and Father seeing you wait
can only mean that your presents are coming today.
And just so we sum
I want you to know
true angel are truly not from above
the only angels you'll actually know
will be the people that feel all your love.
