➸
Together we live, together we fight. Nora remembered hearing that from either Mr. Rick, or someone from the group. She would live by those words today. Everything to her happened in slow motion, the church falling on the wall, walkers climbing into her home, in Alexandria.
Nora frantically looked down the street for her sister, hoping that she would get to a safe place. Nora spotted her sister running to the post that Nora was standing at, shooting them as she reached the ladder.
Nora bent down, kneeling down on her knees. She stretched her hands out for Maggie to grab onto. The walkers were shaking the ladder as Maggie was climbing up. Nora pulled her up with all her strength, before the ladder feel down and the two of them fell onto the post.
Nora couldn't help but to feel like it was the end for her, for the both of them. She knows Maggie wouldn't go down without a fight, and that she would protect her sister. Nora looked at the blue sky, and the only thing that was there were the green balloons.
➸
It was starting to get dark, and Nora was sitting against the wall. She was holding her handgun that was given to her. They've been up here for hours, Nora thinking about her friends, and family. Maggie was quiet for the last couple hours, it was kind of scaring her.
"Do you think we'll be okay?"
Maggie looked at her sister, before looking back into nothingness. She hesitated for a minute, thinking how to tell her sister that she'll be okay. The truth was Maggie didn't know if they were going to be okay.
"I don't know, Nora. I honestly don't I know. All we hope on is faith."
"I'm starting to give up on faith and hope. "
Nora mumbled the last part, before looking in the distance at the walkers roaming around Alexandria. Hope was slowly fading away as more of them came where the two of them sat waiting for some help. The two of them ran out of ammo a long time ago, trying to keep less walkers attacking the wooden post.
After awhile, the walkers were getting to much to handle. The post was about to be knocked down. Nora grabbed onto one of the railing, holding on. Gunshots were being fried, the two sisters looked in the direction. It was Glenn.
"Glenn?"
Glenn's distraction was bringing the walkers away from them to him. This was all too much for Nora to grasp, Glenn could possibly die.
"Maggie! Nora!"
"Enid?"
Nora watched as Glenn was getting cornered, she wanted to go down and help him. Maggie wouldn't let her go down and help, if she was going to loose another person she loves. She can't loose two. Maggie continued to yell out his name, banging on the post to get their attention from him.
Sooner or later, machine guns were fired at the walkers, killing all of them. Nora looked up at the top of the gate and saw Sasha and Abraham.
Nora wanted to shout out thank you to them, but kept quiet and made a note to herself.
She was mumbling a thank you while silently crying. She was going to live another day, she was going to last another night.
➸
The walkers were defeated, and everyone sat outside the infirmary. Nora and Enid sat down next to each other with an awkward silence between them. Nora was about to say something, until Michonne called out for her.
Nora went into the infirmary, looking at the little patients that Denise had. She say down in one of the chairs that were placed by the wall. Nora saw Maggie sitting on the bed with Glenn patching her up.
"Do I need a check up?"
"Not at all, Rick wanted you."
Nora looked at Michonne in confusion, "Mr. Rick?"
Michonne gave Nora directions to the room that Mr. Rick was at. She was wondering where they were, by they she means Carl, Jessie, Ron, and Sam.
Nora went to turn the doorknob, but hesitated doing so. What if something bad had happened? She scolded herself, again, and opened the door.
When she opened the door, she saw Mr. Rick sitting in a chair by a bed. Her eyes took a quick glance at the person on the bed, then she did a double take. All she could do was look at her best friend, laying there with a bandage that was on their eye.
"What happened to Carl, Mr. Rick?"
Mr. Rick patted the seat next to him (let's pretend there is), signalling for her to sit down. Nora sat down in the chair and folded her hand in her lap.
"He was shot."
Nora looked up from her hands to Mr. Rick. His response to her was blunt, like he has said a million times already. No parent should have to say their child was shot, or has died.
"H-h-how?"
Nora had her full attention on him as he told the story. After Mr. Rick was done she wrapped him in a hug, that she knew he deserved one. Nora patted his back in comfort, knowing that usually that calms people down.
"Don't worry Mr. Rick he'll be okay. He's going to be okay."

I'm sorry if it wasn't that good, it was all over the place. Buttttttttttt I'll make it better in the future. I combined episode eight and nine together because right only had one Maggie scene in it. Also Nora and Rick are my brotp, like for real. I hope that you enjoy it. Please vote, comment, and most importantly enjoy.
