Luke entered his art class on the first Monday at the university. He sat down at a desk in the back corner by the window, taking his notebook from his bag and his pencils and putting them on his desk as he noticed someone sit down beside him.

Luke glanced up to see a dark-skinned boy sit down, and he bit his lip, he was hot. The guy then turned to look at Luke and smiled, "hey." He said, giving Luke a bright grin.

Luke blushed slightly, "hi"

"I'm Calum." He said, looking up and down Luke's outfit, the blond wore a baby pink sweater and leggings, a pair of black boots on his feet, his face was shaved and Calum could see the eyeliner and blush on his cheeks, either from makeup or naturally.

"Luke." He replied before the teacher entered the class and Luke opened up his empty sketchbook.

"Welcome to Etheridge, this is your first Fine Art class, I am your teacher, Kristen and the first--"

She was interrupted mid-sentence when the door opened to the class and Luke perked up, looking towards the door to see probably one of the prettiest people Luke had ever seen in his entire life.

"Nice of you to finally join us Mr Grean." Kristen laughed to herself, "Everyone meet your peer, Reece, he's known for being late, don't mind him."

Reece nodded, "lovely greeting, Kristen." He chuckled, holding his notebook.

"Go sit by the window in front of the blond." She smiled, looking at Luke and grinning. "If he's annoying, ignore him." She told Luke making him giggle softly.

Reece walked towards his seat, looking at Luke and smirking, sending him a wink before he slid into his seat.

Luke blushed to himself, the lesson continuing.

They were given a list of themes to do, before Luke chose to do the natural forms, meaning Luke got to do pretty flowers and plants and shells, etcetera. Then Luke's attention was caught as a hand was placed on his desk.

Luke looked up, seeing dark brown eyes staring at him. "Yes?" He asked, tipping his head to the right.

"Do you have a pencil I could borrow?"

Luke hummed and nodded, undoing his pencil case and taking out a pencil. He held it to Reece, the older looking boy taking it. He smiled at the blond, "thanks, babe."

Luke's cheeks went red again as soon as Reece turned away from him. Then someone coughed making Luke look at Calum, who gave him a look, then glancing at the man in front of Luke. Calum shook his head making Luke confused.

What was so wrong with Reece?

After class had finished, Luke packed away his things, he'd spent the whole lesson drawing and talking to Calum about stuff while Reece in front of him had put in some headphones and ignored everyone around him.

"Hey, do you have a class next?" Calum asked the blond, helping Luke put his pencils away.

"Uh not for another two hours, I was just gonna go back to my dorm." Luke shrugged, zipping up his bag and putting it on his shoulders.

"Okay cool, I was gonna ask if you wanted to get a coffee or something, I'll pay, anything you like," Calum said, smiling.

Luke nodded, "sure, that'd be nice."
