I wake up with Brendon's arm draped across me. It feels nice, only if it is just because it's his. 'Wait what?'
I sigh contentedly. He wakes up slowly and says "Good mornin'!" happily.
"Morning, Bren." I smile at him.
"You're really pretty." he says. As he realizes what he says, his face turns red and he rushes out "Shit sorry! I uhm... Wasn't thinking..."
"It's okay, it was sweet." I give him a goofy smile.
He pulls me into him and says "On the note of being sweet, wanna go to the fair tomorrow with me? Since we have the day off."
"That sounds good!" I sit up and think. When I realize something, I go pale.
"We'll be in Seattle, right?" I ask.
"Uh, yeah... What's wrong?" he looks worried.
"I'll have to visit my sister... Fuck." I feel crushed. I missed her, but I want to be with Brendon.
"Let's invite her. Tell her that it could be her only chance to ride a Farris Wheel with a rockstar." he smirks a bit at the last part.
"More like an emo." I add sarcastically. "But yeah, that's a good idea." I finish seriously.
"That's why I'm a genius. Musically and normally." he jokes.
"Didn't Ryan write the songs though?" I teasingly say.
"Fuck off." he shook his head.
"No thanks." I laugh.
We get out of the bunk, grinning like idiots. When the others see us they look at us strangely and Ryan says "What? Did you get laid or something?"
"No! Of course not." Brendon blushes. "I'm not one to take advantage of sad people." he adds.
"Then what's with the faces?" Spencer asked.
"We were discussing how we were gonna go to the fair with her sister tomorrow!" Brendon explains.
"Disappointing." Ryan chuckles.
"You would've been able to hear though." I point out.
"You have a good argument, Ms. L/n." he concedes.
I sigh as I sit down, getting ready for tomorrow mentally. It was gonna be like two of my different worlds combine. The only part of my family that still loves me and my best... Friend. 'A friend, Y/n. A friend.'
Yeah. A friend.
