I think outline and the blue shadowish effect is what brings him out more! AH IT LOOKS LIKE AN ARTIS DREW IT! Umm hehe welp, lets just pray Sebastian turns out just has good! Also bonus drawing! On my (and Max's) wall for Halloween!
