Hi so I'm 14 years old and I weigh 49kg (109lb). For my height and age I'm a normal weight but I do want to tone up and become more fit.
Honestly my goals are:
•thinner legs
•slimmer face?
•adopt a healthy lifestyleI'll start on the 31/10/16 (lmao Halloween) and end on the 31/10/17.
I'll update weekly and in each update will be what I ate, exercise and the small changes I've madeWe have a whole year to do this! And hopefully this will motivate me and you
