Blake's POV

We get to the carnival and I go buy the wristbands so we can go on the rides and play games. Damn, Emily looks so gorgeous tonight. I put on her wristband and we go into the carnival. We go buy some corn dogs and some cotton candy and we sit down and eat it. " Do you like being in Texas?" I ask her. "Yeah, it's much more quiet than St. Paul where you can hear police sirens from your house." "Wow." "Ya." "Do you like my friends?" I ask her. "Yeah, they are really nice to me and they feel like they are my other family." "I'm glad". I tell her. We go and walk around when I see Emily looking at a bear with a bow on it. " Do you want that?" I ask her.  "Yeah."  she says. "How do you play the game, sir?" "Well, you have to knock down 3 towers of milk cartons with this baseball." The guy tells me. After I knock down the three towers, I point at the teddy bear that Emily was looking at and the guy gets it down and hands it to me. "Is this for your girlfriend?" He asks me. "Yeah, it is." I tell him. "She's a lucky girl to have you then." he tells me. "Yeah, I am sure a lucky guy." I hand the teddy bear to Emily and I notice that she was cold. " Are you cold?" I ask her. "Yeah I am actually." she tells me. I take off my leather jacket and I put it on Emily. She looks good in my leather jacket. "Do you want to go on the Ferris Wheel?" I ask her. "Yea." she tells me. We get into the little baskets and we go up and I look at Emily and I tell her I had something to tell her. "Emily, I really like you and I was wondering if you would like to be my girlfriend?" "Yes!" she tells me.  We both lean in and we kiss. Sparks flew and it felt magical.
