Warning: This may be confusing

Chinese Sausage Steamed Chicken Thigh + Dried Mushrooms

Serving size: 3-4 people


Ingredients:

Little bit of salt

Dried Mushrooms

Little bit of ground white pepper

½ tablespoon Cornflour () ⇐ like this but smaller.

11 seconds Soy Sauce

4 seconds Chinese Alcohol

Little bit White vinegar

10 seconds Fish Sauce

3 shakes Oyster Sauce

3 chopped chillies

6 cloves Garlic

Little bit of Olive oil/any oil

3 Chinese sausages

Chicken Thigh 


Steps:

Mix all the ingredients together with your hands until everything is combined.

Add the Chinese sausages, oil and chilli last.

Put the bowl into a steamer.

Place the steamer on top of your rice in a rice cooker.

Turn on rice cooker.

Done.



A/N: If it's unclear, I wouldn't know how to fix it. I just watched my mother cook since I can't cook to save my life. My mother says you get to know how much of the ingredients you need to add once you cook it more than once. I guess.


I do have to admit, this is terrible.
