The phone drops out of my hand. I search through the rest of the papers in the folder. But it's all just information that's useless old news and articles as well as printed out websites. I stuff Stephanie's phone in my jacket and i fold up the instructions. I look up towards Bruce Wayne door expecting him to be there. Was he sending threats towards me? If he is I can't do anything both Veronicas life as well as Stephanie's are at risk. But why on earth would Bruce black mail me. I calm my breathing which has speeded up. I feel like barging into Wayne office and throwing the papers over his desk but I don't I hold my self back. I get up from my desk. I take my bag with me and head towards the supervisor office I walk in and I find the 30 year old man sitting at his desk with his glasses on the tip of his noise and his finger moving rapidly on the keyboard in front of him. "Ah miss Monroe what can I help you with?"
Shit! I don't have any idea why I headed this way.
"Um........
" I walk over to the chair that's in front of his desk I pull it out and sit down. "My mother who lives in Metropolis is sick..........and i---" The man cuts me off "you want a few days off. An I correct." He asks. I'm shaking but I nod my head. "He takes his glasses off. "Your a good worker..........but" He trails of as he looks over some papers. "I'm willing to let you out for about two weeks. Your cooperation and work as well as designs have been quiet useful while you've worked here. I've also noticed how pepper work piles up so I'm going to extend the days you get and give u a whole month off." I stare at the man wide eyed. "A month!" I coke out my voice going a little higher than normal. "Or would u prefer it shorter?" I close my mouth before I catch any flies. "No.no. I accept the days you give me. By then my mother should be well again." He nodes his head at my response. "Good now get out of my office before I change my mind!" I take the green bag and folder right before I rush out the room but not before I hear the man chuckle as well as his hands that resume typing. I rush towards the elevators and I hold on to the metal bars that are drilled into the wall of the elevator. Once I push the button to the first floor the fast movement leaves me feeling a bit light headed which I ignore as I walk out the building and head towards the busy street as I hail a cab. Once I open the cabs yellow door and get into the back.
"To the public library of Gotham please." The man in the driver's seat dose as I say and heads towards the center of Gotham. I take out the directions and read them over again.

go to the head librarian and ask for the book titled "little laughing clowns" Then flip to page 340.
Who know how long I'm in the blasted cab but once the car come to a stop I hand the man some money and head towards the entrance of the library not caring of I got my change back or not. I hold on tight to the green bag and in my pocket the piece of paper which by now is crumbled I'm going to get to the bottom of what or who has taken Veronica and Stephanie whether I have the whole army of the United states with me or not. I open the door to library and the smell of paper, old book covers and dust hit my nose. I stare at the shelves filled with books as well as the tables that seem to be piled on top of tables that are set in serval different areas. The texture of the inside resembles roman construction and as I walk around looking at the thousands I spot the librarians desk. But there's no librarian around. I find a bell which I ring once. "Hello?" I stand at the desk as I look around. "Can I help u?" I hear a sort of quiet shout and from behind a tall self is a red head. I smile at the woman "Oh I was wondering if you could help me find this book I'm looking for?" The woman with red hair. Walk towards me and then towards her desk. "What the tittle of the book sweetheart?"
I look at the paper in my hand "little laughing clowns." I stare at the woman." Her face grown into a smile. "I've heard it's a scary book very interesting as well. But not a lot of people check it out" I nod my head and as the lady moves out and away from the desk I follow behind her. She reaches a large shelf and then looks through the covers till she pulls out a plain black thick book which she hands me. I take it "if you need anything else just call me." With that the lady walks away and I walk almost run to one of the tables I sit down and flip all the way to page 340
There seems to be scribbles all on the page as well as a drawing that covers both page 340 and 341 some words are highlighted in green making out some kind of code. I read in my head in the order the words are highlighted in.
If your this far in what I've told you to do then you won't find it that hard to do the next task. The small box with the ribbon on it is a bomb once you take out the ribbon you only have a 1 minute and 59 seconds till it explodes. I want you to plant the bomb in the library. Once I see that the library is burned to the ground you will mail this book to the address in the last page.

I close the book and I take out the small box with the ribbon I tuck the book inside the green bag. I look at the entrance to the library. 1 minute and 59 seconds to get as far away from the building I sit down on the table I look over to the lady that working and stacking book back in there place. I take in deep breath this is all for Veronica and Stephanie I tuck the small box under the table I pull the ribbon I stand back up and I rush out the door and out the library as fast as i can with the bag in my hand. I run across the street and head towards who know where once I reach a small café that when I hear it. That when I hear the explosion. Screams erupt and the sound of car alarms go off all around I those alarms seems to be pointing at me. The sound of firetruck sirens fly through the air and the smell of smoke hits my noise and above all the destruction I hear a faint laughter.
