The Vampire Prince

An Untold History

In the beginning there were two deities. The first was the Sun God, and the second, the Moon Goddess. The two deities were as close as siblings (but not actually related), each living in harmony with the other.

Together they created the first supernatural beings. These beings were the first of many to come. The Vampire, an undead creature of the night. The Shifters, creatures who could take the form of an animal, such as; wolves, felines and birds. The Elves, graceful, elegant humanoid beings who are at one with the earths nature. The witches, humanoid beings who can bend magic to their will.

The creatures, much like their creators, lived in harmony. Each respecting the other for their unique abilities.

One day however, the vampire king fell in love with a she-wolf. The she-wolf however, did not return his affections. Out of sheer desperation, the king kidnapped the she-wolf and forced her to mate with him. He did not realise at the time, that the she-wolf he had taken was the werewolf kings true mate. In a desperate attempt to get his mate back, the werewolf king laid seize to the castle where the vampire king resided.

After a year of fighting, the werewolf king managed to tear down the castle gates, and made his way to the kings chambers, killing anything that attempted to stop him.

What he did not account for, however, was his mate falling deeply in love with the vampire king and having bore him a child. In a fit of rage, the werewolf king tore them both, and the child, apart.

The vampires, in rage for what the werewolves had done to their beloved king, declared war on the werewolves.

Centuries have passed since and neither side can recall what they were fighting for, only that they despise each other and must sate their bloodlust for a vengeance they can not remember.
