There was this tree that I sat on for a few minutes on my way home. It was my safe place, away from home, school, and people. No one knew about it, just like they didnt know about me. No one but him. He noticed, he cared enough to. He was different, I felt it.
I started to convince myself that I didnt feel anything for him, that I had no feelings, so I didnt even know what I was talking about, but he kept proving me wrong every time. Did he compel me to feel this, or was this was all just me?
He was ambitious, like if I was a goal he needed to reach.
That was our spot, the tree that was on my way home, that was it. He followed me there 5 days a week. Those other two days that I would normally spend locked in my room, changed. Now I went out wherever, I didnt care if it was a walk or a trip to the park, I had a purpose. Seeing him.
