Chapter 9

*Three month later*

I woke up in a puddle of sticky wet stuff. my first thought, ''My water broke''. I quickly woke up Rocky. He grumbled at first, but when I told him what was going on, he shot up like a spring. He didn't even get dressed before running through the house screaming, ''Myka is having the baby! Myka is having the baby!''. Natalia had stayed the night, so her and Riker got all of my stuff together, while Ryland, Ross, and Rocky attempted to help me get down the stairs, and Stormie called the hospital to let them know that we are coming while Mark went to start the van. The boys carried me down the stairs and into the van. The whole ride there was partly silent, partly full of my screams of pain.

*At the hospital*

As I was carried through the hospital, Rocky was whispering soothing things in my ear. I was put onto a rolling bed and pushed into a room. Rocky was the only person allowed to be in there, so everybody else got out. They checked me and said that it was time to push. I pushed with all of my strength, until I heard crying. I looked up and looked at the beautiful baby girl in front of me. She had a head full of brown hair, big brown eyes, and pretty long for a newborn. I remember the father being tall with long brown hair and brown eyes. Could it be? No, Rocky probably didn't even go to the party. Wait, it was his BEST FRIEND'S party. I will question him about it later. They took Rion to clean her up. ''Rocky, I have a question.'' I say. ''Sure, ask me anything!'' he replies. ''Were you at the party when I got pregnant?'' I ask. ''Yeah, why.'' he asks. ''Well, the guy that got me pregnant, from what I could tell, looked exactly like you.'' I say. ''Well, I remember sleeping with a girl that looked exactly like you!'' he replies. ''So, does this mean-?'' ''Yes, it means that I am possibly the father!'' he cuts me off. ''Ok, after they bring Rion back, we will have a test'' I say. A few minutes later, the doctors come back with Rion, wrapped in a pink baby blanket. ''So, do you have a name picked out?'' the nurse asks. ''Rion Mckensey Lynch'' we say at the same time. ''So, Doctor, can we get a paternity test?'' Rocky asks. ''Sure, I will need to take blood from Rion and the one that needs a haircut.'' he says pointing to Rocky. He takes the blood and goes to the lab to run the test. Ten minutes later, he comes back with a clipboard in his hand. ''Ok, it turns out that Rocky Lynch.......................''
