I stepped into the cracked, wooden door, and glanced upon my room for the next 3 weeks. There were 2 beds, on opposite sides of the room. A long, thin tape line runs down the middle of the room. On one side are pink posters, pillows, duvets, books, anything brought from home was pink. The other side was your normal stuff, greys, blacks, and the like. I guess you know who's is Candice's and who's is mine.
Someone clears their throat behind me. I instinctively turn around, and a small girl, looking around thirteen years old, and dressed in a blindingly pink top, and sparkly purple trousers. A vast difference to my bland wardrobe.
"So," Candice intimidatingly said, "you must be Faith."
"This side," she said, pointing at the tape line "is mine, the other one is yours"
She started walking towards me, and I immediately started walking back, feeling threatened.
"If you so much as touch the line, I will end you."
"Ok," I replied, trying not to let my fear appear in my voice.
I ran outside into the cold, and a chill ran up my spine.
"Hey, Faith!" A voice shouted from across the damp grass.
Colin ran up from a set of cabins, presumably holding the boys.
"It was great," Coin excitedly said, "I met Ben, he's so cool, and Jason is really awesome and..."
"Okay," I snapped, "I get it, it was good, I thought it was dreadful."
"Why, what's wrong," Colin asked, as tears formed in my eyes...
