Louie's POV:
I couldn't believe my eyes. I saw saw Chris beating Ellie! I attacked Chris from behind and tackled him. He was a big strong man with a slightly heavy build. I pinned him down. He began to cry. I leaned over him and clenched his wrist. He couldn't bear it, so I let him go.
Ellie's POV:
I couldn't believe it. The boy I WAS in love with is a... MAN. I'm falling in love all over again. Keep cool Ellie. When I left, he did nothing to contact me. I'm mad. Right? My emotions are complicated, so I just look away.
Ellie's POV:
Louis lend a hand. I refused for a moment then I took the offer. He helped me up and we headed out the house. We headed up a trail that led to a bookstore. "How did you get here?" I asked. "Well I got accepted into a performing arts school not too far from here, Xavier Joel?" Louis said. I nodded. "I'm being homeschooled soon" I said. He nodded. It was quiet for a minute. I got pissed. "Why didn't you even bother to contact me? To see how I was doing?! I lost my mom! That was a crucial time for me!" I hit his chest. I hurt my knuckles. Louis grunts and rubs his chest. Releasing my anger kind of felt good.
Louis's POV:
I stopped in frongt of Ellie. "Look, I'm sorry your mother died. I came here not only because of my futuristic oppurtunities, but since your mother died, things back at home are terrible. People are trying to assinate my family! This chaos is caused by the Mayor,... That's all I know. In the meantime can we just act like two adults?!?. Ellie stood speechless.
