Good ol' metal Arm P.2

Yo part two of Good ol' metal arm. Yeah. Will be determined if here is a part three.

You sighed as you sat in front of the doc as he drilled and rummaged through the wires in your right arm. Suddenly he touched or connected something causing you metal arm to involuntary bend at the elbow almost hitting the doc.

"Hmm. Can you move it now?" He asked staring at the arm

You tried to move the arm,but only managed to slam your forearm back on the table. The doc nodded and continued to work. Suddenly you regained feeling in your fingers. Flexing each of them you smiled.  After about half an hour you could feel and move your whole, through it was heavier than it was before you broke it.

You were wandering about the shelter right now flexing and turning your arm. You have been here for about a week. You were going slightly stir crazy, but if they wanted to keep you in here you would wait.

"Hey (y/n)!" Called a voice you turned and saw Jess waving you over with frantic hands. You smiled a little and trotted over. "Since I heard your arm was working and with a little begging, if you'll have it I was wondering if you wanted to go scouting with us." She said gesturing behind her towards Nick.

"Sure! I'd love you come." You said happily

"If your going, I'm coming with you guys." Said a voice behind you you turned and looked at him.

"Glad to see your legs better Sky!" You smiled and waved

"Are we going  or not." Sky said annoyed

"Lez roll." Jess said walking towards the door.

(Timeskip)

"We haven't checked this room here." You called to Nick whom had followed down the hall

"Ok." Nick said walking in you watched him gaze from side to side in the center of the room "There's nothing here."

"Hmph." You shrugged "Its still a good idea to check." Nick nodded

"Wait there's looks like there's something over here." He said walking towards the farthest corner

Then you heard it. It sounded like an eerie creak. You were confused then you saw like a little red light under the carpet. How did you not see that before.

"Nick!" You hissed he turned around still obvious "Walk towards me very slowly." You said glaring around the room trying to pinpoint where the noise came from.

He started towards you confused. You heard the eerie creak again. Realized it.

"The roof is collapsing!" You cried

Small pellets on the ceiling started to fall around Nick. He started running towards the door only to have weighted ropes wrap around his legs. You rushed forward to the center of the room. Tugging and pulling at the cords the bond themselves around Nicks legs. The more you pulled the tighter they got. You heard the footsteps of Sky and Jess rushing down the hall.

You looked up to see more of the ceiling crumbling down. If you couldn't get him up and out very soon you both will be a Nick and (y/n) sandwich. You looked in the door and saw jess' wide scared expression. Sky looked like he was about to rush in.

"No! Stay there." You yelled as large hunks of ceiling fell.

You stood up. Good your under a beam.  The ceiling crumbling around you on a large puff of white dust. The beam soon crumbled down. If your arm was fixed correctly you should be able to do this. You reached out your arms toward the falling beam. And caught it.

The dust slowly settled. Sky and Jess both search frantically through the dust trying to catch a hopeful glimpse of their friends. What they saw as the dust was incredible. There you stood. Arms above your head holding the beam precariously over your head. You arms quivering slightly.

You gaze deep over Sky and Jess. You tossed the beam backwards into the dust and unburied Nick. You helped him get out of the room the all had an astonished look on there face.

"C'mon. He should get back to back and report this." You said breaking at least Sky from his trance.

(Timeskip)

"How did you do that!?"  Jess asked for the sixtieth time

"I raised my arms and caught the beam. It's as simple as that." You stated Cooley

"Well, you saved Both Nick and your life and probably many more for discovering a trap in one of the rooms." Sky said you putting a hand on your shoulder "You've gained my respect."

"Thanks." You laughed a little "Your welcome."
