When It All Changed...

Chapter 1 & 2

This story is about those who don't see change until it affects them at one point. A proper lesson we all need to know. This takes place in the year 2036 and in many parts of the planet we know as "Earth" and other exciting places.

Chapter I

It has been a while since I have decided

to go on and tell people what I've done with life. To think, it all started due to a discovery in space... I never thought it would be weird to go to far away places. Allow me to tell you what I have been through since the year it started, 2033.

I was recruited for the program know as LUNR. It stood for 'Lunar Urban Nation of Researchers'. A group of scientists who actually did have an army I joined. I was a Private Second Class a week later. I met my own friend Dave and we had a mission going on in Moscow, Russia.

Chapter 2

"So Dave, how are we gonna do this?" I said with a straight look. " We are gonna go on the mountains with our Mk-EBR and look over the fort there and see if anything is going on, we need to make sure Russia isn't planning to destroy the US." I look out our Stealth chopper and saw the route we needed. We got out and loaded our guns and attached thermal scopes with silencers.

We were going through the route, atleast 4.7 miles away from our destination until we saw something happen. "What is that building over there Jaden?" I looked and we saw a man being kidnapped by a man with a van that said, 'RUNE' on it. "Dave, I think we may have to keep going on or we might have our own problems." He agreed quickly. We went on and saw the van again... This time we acted upon it.

I went left and Dave took the right, he noticed how there is only one man doing the job. I grabbed my rifle and shot the kidnapper. We ran up to the man quickly and swiftly. "Are you ok Sir?!" The man replied, " Yes, I thank you greatly for helping me! That guy is after many people like me!" I looked and questioned him quickly. "What do you do for a living that would get your taken?!" "I am a Physicist for a living and discover what I can do and solve problems for others."

I saw briefly what was going on. RUNE was a group that existed in WWII, and they were developing powerful, mass destruction weapons during the Cold War. This group is doing what the US did after WWII taking scientists of all kinds like we did for our technology during that time. "Sir, will you come with us and make out job easier in finding out what the Russians have been doing?" He nodded his head yes and followed along.

"If he is going with us then he will need this." He pulls out a PP76 Pistol out of his holster and gives it to the Physicist. "I can see why I will need this, the Russians are more dangerous than you think." I looked at the man and asked how since we took the can and drove down the route. "How much has Russia really changed since 2025?" He just looked at me an said, "Murder and kidnapping, the government and military just take what or who they want and on with their lives..." I realized this will be a troubling mission for us.
