Belle's POV

Finally, Tom and I can go home. I had been counting down the days, since they had told us, we'd have to stay for another 10 days. The pain was agonizing, this trip was meant to be perfect, romantic and above all enjoyable. Instead it's ripped me to pieces, Tom isn't the same, his "best" friend is in prison but worst of all, May is gone.

"Babe, are you all packed?" said Tom

"Yeah, you?"

"Yeah let's go checkout."

He came towards me and kissed me on the head, he took my suitcase, I took my jacket and we both headed out. I sat on the white sofa in the entrance lobby, waiting for Tom to finish up. I looked up at the TV and the news reporter was speaking on the TV.

"And now the most important headline that is being heard all around New York."

I knew it, the tears were forming, I began to break down. 'Don't cry Belle, don't cry"

"The death of May Land."

Like a bullet, her name shot right through me. I broke down, I was in floods of tears, I was unable to stop, the tears were flowing out of me uncontrollably. I felt someone inch closer to me. The sound of her voice was gentle and mellow, it was an elderly woman.

"You're Belle Ford, aren't you." She said sweetly

"Y-yes." I stuttered, I looked up at the old women, she had pearl white hair, soft blue eyes. She was wearing a floral skirt, that reached her ankles and a white tank top.

She smiled "Do you remember me?" She asked gently

I saw her face and suddenly memories came flooding back. I knew her, this woman sitting in front of me.

*flashback*

"Come along now girls, it's time to make cookies!"

"But Nana, we want to see the fairies!" Moaned Belle and May in unison

"Let's make cookies and then maybe the fairies will want to join you for tea."

"Okay!" Belle and May cheered together, they ran up onto the pine wood porch of a suburban house in the woodlands of South England. They opened the door cheering, while wearing the fairy costumes that Nana B had bought them.

*end of flashback*

"Nana B," I cried hugging her "it's really you?"

"Yes Belle it is!" She smiled joyfully

"Why don't you and your boyfriend come with me to my house, we can go make some cookies?" She asked

"Yes, yes!" I cried tears were flowing down my face, but this time they were tears of joy. I started laughing. The feeling of laughter had never felt so good.

I'd never thought I'd see her again, but here she was, Nana B.
