A/N: Sorry I've been MIA for a while!! I hope this makes up for it  (✿◠‿◠)

.Dylan's been in one place for a while lately, and you're just starting to get used to it, cooking for two and recording the Met games on TV and leaving the hallway light on when you leave the house. But you still get a little buzz in your chest whenever you walk through the door after a long day and there's a lanky boy spread out on your couch in sweats, watching The Office through heavy eyelids, looking up with a grin when you walk into the lounge. His t-shirts join yours on the floor when you haven't cleaned for a while, and you find yourself wearing his clothes to bed more and more often. You have to stop yourself from squealing and jumping up and down like a little girl when you walk into the bathroom one morning and find his blue toothbrush in the cup next to yours.

And it's the same at his house, really, there's female body wash in the shower and he's started buying your shampoo for his own bathroom, as well as your favourite cereal to put in the pantry. There's a draw with a pair of jeans and a few tops as well as underwear in his dresser, and a few nice dresses hung up in his closet. You eat at his house more often than not, and it's not awkward anymore if you get there before him, he's long since given you a key, and you're happy to just sit and watch TV or put the dishwasher on while you wait for him to come home.

So, when it's late morning and neither of you have made any movement to get out of bed, Dylan's fingers dragging over the small of your back, and he shyly mentions the two of you, maybe, thinking about moving in together, a little ball of excitement explodes in your stomach and you nod, reaching to tangle your fingers in his hair before leaning closer to kiss the corner of his mouth, smiling against his jaw, your skin tingly as he laughs happily into your shoulder. "That sounds awesome."
