Chapter 18

"Hello, everyone..."

J-hope looks at Ivory nervously, holding onto her arm as he stares intently at the CEO.

"So... It appears that we have a problem... But, uh, the vest solution is for us to remain calm about this."

It stays silent in the room as he continues on, Steve and PD Nim standing next to each other nervously.

"Well, Hoseok," he says looking at the boy. "I understand the relationship you and Ivory have formed over the little bit of time you've know each other..."

Hoseok nods, swallowing the lump in his throat. "You two went on a date not too long ago, correct?"

Ivory looks at the stressed out boy next to her. "Well, it appears that when the two of you were walking home together, I presume, obviously holding hands, a Korean fan, had captured a picture of it and know there's... Very wide-spread rumors on it apparently. Now, you guys haven't had any concerts or interviews because you're still working on your comeback, and for some odd reason no fans have emailed the company with questions about it yet... Have any of you been getting messages on social medias from fans asking about the situation? Well, any of you besides Remillia?"

Everyone shakes their heads and he looks to the two groyos managers, before coming to a decision. "Well, here's what's going to happen, we're all going to play oblivious, none of us will regard the situation unless we're personally asked about it. If someone asks, I want you to deny it, claim that the photo isn't real, you don't know who made it or why, but it's not true. It's not true until we're all ready for you guys to go public with it. If the rumors get bad, and we're all bombarded with questions then we'll have to thing of another solution."

Everyone nods, and his eyes go straight to Hoseok and Ivory. "Now I understand how some people can be, and if the rumors get bad and either of you are bullied or threatened come to me right away, okay?"

"Yes..."

J-hope squeezes Ivory's hand as the CEO leaves, Steve and PD saying they'll be right back follow him out.

"How could you guys be so stupid?" Amelia is the first one to speak, Remi sighing as the words leave her mouth and puts her face in her hands.

She stands up, and stretches her arms. "W-we didn't mean to!" Ivory says.

"Yeah, but you-"

Hoseok is about to defend them against her, but Remi beats him to the punch.

"Ah, put a cork in it, Amelia. Don't act like you're all high and mighty you and Jin weren't any more careful than Hoseok and Ivory. So don't tell me that there is no chance that the shoes couldn't be turned right now, you guys just had better luck. Hell, even Riley and Sean had risked it before. It could have happened to any of us if most of us weren't single so just stop," the words leave her mouth quickly and unintended, they also come out sounding harsh.

Even she bites her tounge after saying it. "I mean, no one knows about Riley and Sean and they've been together even before we were known. I don't think any of us have been put on the spot like this before, I didn't handle it well... So I think we should just try to calm ourselves and remember it's not anyone's fault."

Amelia nods, as Riley stands. "I need to get back to Sean, we'll all about this later at home." She walks to the door and it swings open. She stares at Steve.

"Uh, Steve?"

"Yes?"

"Can I go back to my date with Sean? I had to leave it unexpected..."

Steve nods, with a sigh running his hand through his hair. "Yes."

Riley leaves, as Hoseok looks at Ivory's red face. "It's going to be okay, alright?"

She nods and he smiles, kissing her already red cheak. "Good girl."

The other guys sit awkwardly as they watch Jin and J-hope cuddle with their girlfriends.

Steve talking to Remi, mumbling in her ear. She nods, her eyes tearing up at his words as she let's out a shaky sigh and faces the wall.

No one notices their talk besides Yoongi who looks away from the girl when she turns her head and he can see the tear going down her face. He focuses on a shy Jin hugging Amelia, rubbing circles on her arm.

Jimin looks to J-hope, leaning close to him and whispering in his ear.

"Hyung, are they gonna make you break up with her if it gets bad?"

Hoseok looks up to the boy. Ivory trying to look up from where he is still holding her, his arms pressing against her back making her press against him, her head against his chest. He doesn't let Ivory look up after the question hoping that she hasn't heard it.

For only know the girls for a short amount of time he already knows that he and Jin are too connected to them to let them go.

"Shh, ask me later, Jimin."

Jimin nods and goes back to standing next to Taehyung and Jungkook.

The three of them begin to talk about about things that'll make them feel less uneasy.

Namjoon standing next to Yoongi, talking about death.

"I don't... Understand why you're talking about this," Jimin says and Yoongi just shurgs and Namjoon looks at him and continues on.

"I'm uncomfortable," Jungkook says looking at J-hope hugging Ivory.

Steve turns around, looking to the group of boys.

"Why don't we all head back to the house, maybe you can all work on some songs together and you can all be more comfortable? You guys can all stay for dinner?"

With a nod of approval from everyone, including PD Nim, the lot of them get up Remi following after everyone else.

She wasn't going to sleep tonight, and she was mostly likely not going to work with anyone, because she knows very well that soon she'll be leaving back to America for a quick trip handling some business regarding her family. And she's not entirely sure if she'll be making it back in a good mental state, hell even leaving in one for that matter.
