Otis stumbled over the top landing, sighing with relief. "Oh, thank goodness- wait, are those bats?"

"Yep!" Olympia chirped happily, cooing to one that had landed on her outstretched hand. "This one's named Orion, after the constellation. He loves fresh mangoes, and oddly enough, he's diurnal, which means he's more active during the day, not the night, like most bats. He wants to be an actor when he grows up." The bat squeaked.

Otis stared at the two blankly for a minute, then remembered the situation they were in. "So is the key there?"

Olympia pouted. "You're speaking like Orion isn't even here!"

Otis stared at her, then sighed, knowing better than to argue.

"Well, it was very nice meeting you, Orion, but we're kind of in a hurry right now. Oh, and have you seen a key anywhere?" Squeaking, the bat shook his head. "Oh well, it was worth a try. Bye, Orion!" Otis then pulled Olympia away from the bats, slightly annoyed. "Come on, let's find the key."

"Well, someone's grumpy today... Ooh, look! Ghosts!"

"No, Olympia, we don't have time... oh, forget it."
