kth POV
After that encounter, neither of us felt comfortable going back to sleep. We sat on my king sized bed with the lights off and the tv on. I was lying down with my neck tilted up a bit to see the tv and Jeongguk was lying back against the head board.
It was silent, despite the tv making noise. As I was just about to drift asleep, Jeongguk and said something.
"What did he mean by 'different'?" He looked at me
"Honestly.... I actually have know idea.." I said honestly and looked at him concerned.
It got quiet again until I decided to speak up.
"Jeongguk, I'm tired.." I say after yawning.
"Then sleep." He chuckled at my childlike behavior
"Let's cuddle." I said in a bit of a whining voice.
He laughed a bit and got under the covers with me and moved my body close to his.
"I'll let you sleep then." He whispered making me shiver
"Your not gonna sleep?" I looked up at him facing his face.
"I don't need much sleep, I'm also not sleepy, plus it may not be safe out there."
"Jeongguk,...... why.. why are you being so nice and protecting me? ... all I asked was for you to stay and help me out.... you... you didn't have to be so generous.."
"I've taken a liking to you.. that's why." He smirked and I looked away and blushed madly. "So cute.."
"W-whatever.." I stutter and cuddle up closer, slowly drifting away to dream land...
