I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem but...it's a struggle for me...
----------------
*at a party or what not*Everyone: *dancing*
Me: *sitting by a corner*
*a famous song comes on*
Me: *still sits there*
Person: Hey what you doing back here? Come on girl don't you wanna twerk, whip and nae nae?
Me: The fu- no I'm fine. Thanks for asking but I don't do that stuff.
Person: Ohhh....well have fun at least! *walks away*
Me:....god...
*dances later* (I'm just gonna pretend this was my boyfriend in this scene. I still hope and pray we'll meet for the first time someday!)
My BF: *comes to me and takes my hands* Kera do you want to dance?
Me: *blushes* S-sure.
BF: Okay. *takes me to go slow dance*
People who are watching us: Awee.*afterwards a techno song*
Me: *dances a bit and tries the duffle dance*
BF: *watches me and smiles*
Other people: Whoa, didn't think she would dance to that kind of music. Coool.
Not all of us are gonna do modern dances like...'twerking...whip...why am I cringing typing them?'
I'll be brutally honest but I dance like a stereotypical 'white person' and I might be madly blushing if I were to dance in front of my boyfriend.
