I am currently sitting on the train, scared to death on what I'm about to face. Every letter I get, they get stricter and stricter. I can nearly feel my blood boil every time with a hint of cowardliness tuck deep inside me.

Why do they expect me to be some snob? And why do they want me to befriend Draco so much? Why am I even here? My memory is so foggy, I can never think straight. I've been sleeping a lot more lately, and I got to say it makes me feel great.

What my parents are in real life, aren't compare to my dreams. My dream parents make me feel so safe and make me feel loved. Although they cry every time and it makes me feel sad for them. Why are they so depressed?

I can feel my eyes shift until they become close and heavy. Ah, perfect. That is until I hear the compartment door open and Draco's voice ring through my ears.

"You never answered my question, Eliza."

I open my eyes and frown. My mood suddenly changing from happy to grumpy.

"What question?" I ask as I roll my eyes.

"I asked you when you were boarding if you were alright."

I tilt my head to the side eyeing the blonde hair boy. "Uh," I begin to say that is until he interrupts me and then proceeds to sit right next to me. "I didn't mean to hurt your feelings."

What? He's sorry?

I stare at him in shock, completely losing all my thoughts and comments that I was going to make. Is he sick? Did he get hit in the head? Did he finally realize that his parents don't always have your back?

He slightly smiles at me and then quickly looks down. His cheeks turning a bright shade of pink.

"Are you okay?" I ask wondering if this is some kind of setup.

"I'm perfectly fine. Why would you ask that?" He suddenly snaps back at me.

"Because you are acting weird." I yell back, defending myself.

"Well..." he quickly stands up and turns to the door. "well bye!"

"Bye?" I say questioning in a whisper.

Not that long later, Mackenzie pops her head in, smiling brightly at me. "Eliza guess what!" She asks excitedly.

"What is it?" I ask jumping up from my seat.
She holds up an envelope that's half open and looks like a little kids ripped wrapping paper that's on the floor untouched. She pulls out a letter flashing it in my face for a good minute or so.

"I'm going on vacation to America for Christmas break!" My face drops as I always wanted to travel to America. To go see the bull headed, lazy yet hardworking citizens as they stand for what they believe in.

I giggle as I pull her in for a hug. She suddenly starts jumping in which I join.

"I'm so happy for you!" I say as we stop jumping up and down. "Oh I almost forgot," I run to my seat as I grab a small package in which had a shinny garnet color red wrapping paper and a silver bow in a shape of a flower.
"This is for you."

Mackenzie eyes the present in my hands and smiles even more. Which I didn't know how someone could smile so hard in my life, but hey, who cares? "Thanks!" She says as she shreds the present in a matter of seconds.

In the box, she pulls out a silver bracelet with a few tiny charms on them. Each charm represents something that she enjoys.
