This is the part of the story where Harry discovers there is more to a person than what meets the eye.

That encounter at the club was the first of many that Harry would experience. Throughout the following weeks, he was unceremoniously inducted into the Clique. He made special connections will all of the members, but especially with Nick, or Grimmy, as Harry called him.

Harry learned very little about the participants in the group that he hung out with on a weekly, sometimes daily, basis. Nick was a graduate from Manchester, the school of Harry's dreams, and was currently unemployed. He lived with Aiden whom he had known since he was young. He was now thirty two, ten years older than Harry, but partied like a teenager. Harry knew nothing about his childhood but somehow wanted to keep it that way. Harry was one for imagining people's backgrounds, and this group was the perfect one to do it to.

Aiden and Kelly had a thing a couple of years back, but it ended just as quickly as it had begun. They were still close friends, but had major jealousy issues when either one of them showed more that just a tad bit of interest towards someone else on the dance-floor. Harry believed that Kelly grew up in a band of gypsies while Aiden was a posh school boy who just wanted to settle down, even though he would never admit to such a thing.

Zayn and Perrie were the couple that everyone wanted to be. They were practically soul-mates. They complimented each other both with looks and personality. Everyone was waiting for them to get engaged already.

Harry had known Zayn for approximately 7 months now. How he got into the same business as Zayn - someone as charming and good-looking as him- no one had any idea how and why.

Ben and Rita had been best friends since the day each of them were brought home from the hospital. It was the generic story of how their mother's were best friends so they were destined to be so as well. Ben was extremely protective of Rita as well as Freddy, but he had a certain edge when someone talked a little bit too dirtily for his liking towards her.

Cara was the most well-known one out of the group. She had been born and raised in London, therefore able to know her way around and where to or not to go. Once she finished 6th form, she moved to an upscale neighbourhood and pursued her career of being a high end fashion model. She always mentioned how awkward it was for her to walk down the street nowadays and see her own eyes staring back at her from every news stand.

And then there was Freddy.

Freddy had apparently moved to London when she was sixteen, pursuing the same career as Cara, but ended up changing her mind and applying for a corporate job where she recieved a quite beautiful salary and promotion after a couple of years. For some reason she lost the fascination with her unknown degree, and quit the job, much to her parent's dismay. She was now a part-time tattoo artist at Veins with Zayn. She eventually became roommates with Cara and had been best friends with her ever since.

Freddy rarely talked about her past in front of Harry, which confused him. If he was now part of this little "group" then shouldn't he know the same stuff everyone else knew? He thought so. But Harry couldn't blame her entirely. He wouldn't want everyone to know about how he originally moved to Manchester to go to University but ended up getting too scared and consequently becoming broke by drinking his cares away in some dingy old bar in North London. Not one of his proudest achievements.

Even though Harry had grown to be close to Nick, he was the most intrigued by Freddy. This fact in itself intrigued him even more. He didn't typically go for the mysterious ones, more or less the sarcastic and beautiful mysterious ones. She was something different, that girl.

One of his favorite things about the brunette was her carefree attitude towards everything. She said what she wanted to say when she wanted to say it and didn't think about the consequences. There weren't a lot of people like that where Harry was concerned. He grew up with people who sugarcoated things don't worry sweetheart you'll get the scholarship don't worry and ended being wrong. He admired her self-confidence and stature (she stood up straight and dind't slump which was one of his bad habits). She was so carefree to the extent of being told by Kelly to shut up and listen twat so you don't ask questions later.
